Changing sentence flow because I did a bad job of it a moment ago.

** The failed Protos colony, the first attempt at rehabilitating murderous sprites who were unable to shed their original game personas. The founders merged them with NPC codes, initially making them docile and productive. However, it didnt last, and the killers soon reverted to their original violent personas, only now, they were immortal as well. The entire colony was quickly overrun with immortal, indestructible mass murderers, and had to be abandoned in a damaged ROM and left to die as it collapsed.
** The eventual fate of . For all his grandstanding, he had overlooked a fatal flaw in his plans; the game sprites he fused with to create his new form all had different end battle codes, which would trigger when said character died. The result? Instead of simply respawning when he was defeated like he predicted, his code was permanently corrupted, destroying him.

Crystal, not expecting to die, never bothered picking which death to default to, and the Seer never bothered fixing that. The result? Instead of simply respawning when losing access to the sprites' layer of the internet as he was defeated like thought he predicted, might, the conflicting death algorithms crashed his code was entire program. It is absolutely established that NP Cs can die from code damage and collapsing RO Ms. It was a major plot point, and Sheena's PC mode was a result of her 'sister's code filling holes in Sheena's code that would have killed her otherwise.

* NightmareFuel: Sheena's dream about the sprites who might be overlooked and left behind when the organization liberates a game, which inevitably leads to its code collapsing, destroying it. While they save every sprite who can move and/or talk, Sheena is terrified that they are missing silent or immovable sprites, who are either permanently killed when their world literally collapses on them, or, possibly in the case of NPC's, left to suffer a FateWorseThanDeath.
** They never really establish if NPC's truly die when they're trapped in a collapsing code. NPC characters are subject to CompleteImmortality, and cannot be destroyed by any physical means. This lends even more horror to the original Protos colony...

Please take any Complete Monster examples to the thread.

* CompleteMonster: The Seer is essentially a virus that didn't go off on the day it was scheduled to because he realized that humanity would survive. He spends the entirety of the comic finding a way to get a sprite body, then a physical body, so he could kill everybody in both worlds. He didn't need to do any of this. He could easily kill both populations at any point, but wants to be there physically so he can see his victims cower in fear of him before he slaughters them. Then, once he was done with Earth, he planned to search the galaxy for other forms of life just so he could go on killing for eons.
