On January 6th of 2017, Niclas [[https://www.reddit.com/r/ROSMT/comments/5md333/rosmt_the_6_year_update/ confirmed the obvious]] on the channel's reddit: The project became ''very'' heavy on the five members and due to other commitments (Niclas getting married and Isak having a son now), the group decided to throw in the town and retire. While Niclas ''did'' hint at a "maybe" to making new videos, it's very small.

Correction on my last edit, the wrong paragraph was taken from https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/FurnitureAssemblyGag, changed it now to the correct one.

Added DiffLines:

* FurnitureAssemblyGag: One of the final episodes was a spinoff featuring Niclas buying and assembling an IKEA armchair in the series' trademark insane fashion, starting off by throwing out the assembly instructions and culminating in him wringing in screws with his bare hands until they start to bleed. The twist ending reveals Niclas to be living in an asylum, with two doctors watching over him and commenting that his condition shows improvement.

Removed entry had a reference to the Game Grumps's 10 Minute Power Hour episode where they assembled an IKEA closet. Completely unrelated to Regular Ordinary Swedish Meal Time and thus, not necessary on this page.

* FurnitureAssemblyGag: One of the "Ten Minute Power Hour" episodes involved Danny and Arin putting together the hardest-to-make IKEA product, known as "The Divorcemaker". At one point, Arin started losing his mind and starts walking all over the wooden planks, slamming things, and loudly insisting he's not crazy, all because one of the shelves wouldn't fit properly.

Up To Eleven is a defunct trope

''[[https://www.youtube.com/user/SwedishMealTime Regular Ordinary Swedish Meal Time]]'' was a [[AffectionateParody parody]] of ''WebVideo/EpicMealTime'', done with the LargeHam and MundaneMadeAwesome levels turned UpToEleven, and overall making the whole thing more DeathMetal. Simply put, you can tell these guys are descended from HornyVikings. The videos have quickly become very popular, with the official Website/YouTube channel reaching over 28,000 subscribers in little over a month. It currently holds 1M subscribers.

* UpToEleven: Literally. Niclas often has a maximum setting of 11 drawn on it.
** In one episode, "Eleven is not present! Six will do!"
** And in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y463g76MFRw&t=1m36s another]], they try to set the stove to eleven by turning two dials to one.
** Inverted in yet another, "Twelve is present! Eleven will do!"

Trimming out some bullet points.

* AwesomeButImpractical: Most of the preparation methods look utterly cool, but sometimes are probably counter-productive. Any recipe involving eggs will have the eggs thrown about and broken before they're needed in the recipe, and a myriad foodstuffs get smashed and destroyed.
** It's gotten ''worse'' when the series returned at a new location: Niclas broke the table with an ''axe'' in the third episode.
* AxCrazy: Probably the world's first media about cooking to use this trope.
** Even more so now: During the Lethal Lasagne episode, Niclas uses a '''battleaxe''' to [[http://youtu.be/OH0n_Ew2YDM?t=1m05s chop onions]].
*** He also succeeds at chopping the cutting board in half.
**** Only the cutting board? [[http://youtu.be/17dmabeA79U?t=1m24s Swedish bacon chopping time]]!
