Per TRS. Bishonen is a Definition-Only fan-speak term used only for Japanese/East-Asian media. Examples or audience reactions are not allowed. Moving In Universe acknowledgements/relevance to Pretty Boy. Removing any ZCE or misuse.

* {{Bishonen}}: Many cards with young male characters are designed this way, such as Beowulf.

This fits Creator Driven Successor now, but it would be listed better in the Trivia page of the newer "successor" game Shadowverse instead than this precursor game.

* SpiritualSuccessor: Before the English version of Rage of Bahamut had even shut down, the developers had already announced VideoGame/{{Shadowverse}}, a VideoGame/{{Hearthstone}}-esque game which uses card art from [=RoB=].

Spiritual Successor is now considered an Audience Reaction or YMMV. Moving some links to Creator Driven Successor if appropriate, or examples to the YMMV if they read like YMMV entries otherwise.

Cygames later released another card game worldwide called ''VideoGame/{{Shadowverse}}'' which uses the art from many ''Rage of Bahamut'' cards, making it a SpiritualSuccessor to this game.

''Rage of Bahamut'' is an online mobile card-based character collection game[[note]]Despite common misconception as a CollectibleCardGame, the game does not involve creating and battling with decks; it is instead an RPG that represents characters using cards[[/note]] developed by Creator/{{Cygames}} as their first game, and published jointly by Cygames and Mobage. Originally Japan-only, it was later given a US version. Players collect cards by doing quests, prizes, opening up card packs, or trading and use them to battle other players, enhance, or evolve them. Players can also join or create a team called an "order" to participate in in-game events, which allow you to battle other orders and collect points to earn ranks and prizes.

* {{Fanservice}}: Has long been criticized for the very skimpy outfits and impossible anatomy of some of the cards. Cygames at one point took it a step further, adding JigglePhysics to some of the event animations, and {{Lampshading}} it by literally naming a temporary event card pack "Fanservice Card Pack".

Cygames at one point took it a step further, adding JigglePhysics to some of the event animations, and {{Lampshading}} it by literally naming a temporary event card pack "Fanservice Card Pack". The art style is generally so sexualized that Cygames toned a lot of them down (subtly or otherwise) when reusing the art for ''VideoGame/{{Shadowverse}}''.

** FanserviceCostumes: If you name it, it probably exists in some fashion on a card.
*** BareYourMidriff
*** ChainmailBikini / ThongOfShielding: A large amount of the female cards have this to some extent, ranging from armor with cleavage windows and exposed midriffs / legs to literal chainmail bikinis.
