One has to wonder if they even know that he's stalking Osana. The discussion they have after Ayano rescues Osana's cat shows them [[BlameGame blaming each other for their son's condition]], with the mother blaming the father for not helping her in raising him, and the father blaming the mother for not stopping to think that his job kept him busy and that raising the kids was her job.

* AmbiguousSituation: Although she's apparently close enough to Ryoba to know Ayano by name, her exact relation to the family is unclear. [[spoiler:It's eventually revealed in 1980s Mode that she's a serial killer who taught Ryoba how to get away with murder.]]

* AllThereInTheManual: The teachers ''do'' have names – Rino Fukahori (Ayano's teacher), Shiori Rikitake, Reina Nabatame, Natsuki Aburaya, Kaho Kanokogi (Senpai's teacher), and Karin Hanabusa. You would never know that from playing the game, though. That is, you can take a picture of a Sensei and see her profile just fine, but the teachers have no relevant profile information or even individual personalities, so doing this is the equivalent of reading the manual.
* BadassTeacher: If Ayano tries to attack her or if she knows that Yan-chan killed someone, she'll disarm and pin her to the ground within a matter of seconds. According to WordOfGod, after the 1989 incident, all teachers at Akademi were required to have extensive self-defense training.

* EveryoneHasStandards: If Ayano hangs around in a an area she is not supposed to be in (say, the Faculty office or a class that is not hers while she's trying to teach the other students), the teacher will yell at her for disrupting her class and send her to the Guidance Counselor. Also, she won't take too kindly to attempted murder, successful murder, bloody clothes, lack of sanity, carrying a suspicious weapon, trying to steal something, or panty shots. As of current builds, [[UnusuallyUninterestingSight she does not react to Ayano wearing nothing but a towel]] (no one does) if you manage to glitch out of the locker room while nude or use the nude easter egg, but it's safe to say that eventually she won't like that either.

* HiddenBadass: She may seem like a harmless teacher, but do ''not'' get Sensei-chan mad.
* LightningBruiser: She is fast enough to outrun a base-level Yan-chan, and strong enough to easily physically overpower her.

* FailedASpotCheck: If you successfully complete the QTE to steal her keys, she (currently) won't notice anything is amiss no matter how much stuff you steal. Averted if you fail; she'll slap you with a Genka's office visit for touching her butt. This is all only in old builds, because she can no longer be pickpocketed and there is a different method of obtaining the emetic now.
