* MaliciousMisnaming: To Trey. His various nicknames include "Santa," "Father Christmas," and [[TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers "Matt,"]] for the sake of pissing Trey off.

A ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle'' newbie who finished in 4th place. Nic idolized Alejandro from ''WesternAnimation/TotalDrama World Tour'' and attempted to be like him in every way possible (key word: attempted), such as manipulating his teammates, wooing women, and [[TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers having conversations with his abs]]. Now, he's gone through puberty, but has his personality changed at all? (No.)

* AnythingThatMoves: Nic flirts with essentially every girl in the game, as well as some of the guys, and almost none of them reciprocate.

* ExtravertedNerd: Basically the extent of his character. Gary is a friendly guy, and completely willing to admit that he's nerdy.

* DoesNotLikeShoes: For whatever reason, he's always barefoot.

* {{Foil}}: Could be seen as one to Gail: Both were 'boring girls' from Tokyo who became {{Ensemble Darkhorse}}s and gained fans, but while Flora made it late pre-merge and is kind, Gail was eliminated early pre-merge and is AxCrazy.
** To Chelsey as well. Both are extremely well-liked brunette girls from their respective seasons, but Chelsey is a selfish popular girl while Flora is a kindhearted 'boring' girl.

* BirdsOfAFeather: With Estrella. See entry under her section.
** With Wolfgang as well, both being smart, straight men to other characters (primarily Julia and Puck).

* SuddenSequelDeathSyndrome: Goes for being a finalist in Total Drama Revolution to the first person booted off his team.

** HeelFaceRevolvingDoor: As of her quit. In the span of two seasons, Layla has arrived as a {{Jerkass}}, changed her ways after winning, turned BACK into a {{Jerkass}} once losing Charles, then quit to be with Charles and mellowed out once again.

* TookALevelInJerkass: See FaceHeelTurn.

PJ is the 19th-placer of Fanfic/TotalDramaRevolution and quite possibly the biggest BreakoutCharacter in the series, at least up until Tokyo. All because she did basically nothing but [[VisibleSilence say "..."]]. She's back, still "..."ing it up, and has become a minor celebrity from it.

* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: While not too violent, Trick's exit is basically this.
** Does this again at the losers reunion, after everyone calls him out being a jerk.

* TheSnarkKnight

* DarkSkinnedBlonde: Though this is due to her copious amounts of tanning.

* TastesLikeDiabetes: [[invoked]] Some of the things she says can be taken this way (such as the quote at the top of her section). Contestants lampshade it in-universe.

* [[NiceGuy Nice Girl]]: She's one of, if not the nicest contestant on the season; [[TheSnarkKnight Wolfgang]] doesn't even hate her.

* [[ManChild Woman Child]]: Flora displays some childlike tendencies, such as still playing with her 'My Petite Equestrian Rainbow Castle' playset.

* RantInducingSlight: Often, the antics of Arthur (or another character like Puck), no matter how small, will send Julia into a fury.

* [[NiceGuy Nice Girl]]: Her label is basically this and she can be very happy, though admits to Flora to hating most of their teammates.

* [[DefrostingIceQueen Defrosting Ice King]]: A few specific characters have been able to bring this side of Wolfgang out, and it ends up as his main plot of the story. After he finds romance with [[BirdsOfAFeather Helga]] and friendships with [[NiceGirl Flora]] and [[LovableAlphaBitch Chelsey]], he starts to become gradually softer, despite not wanting to admit it, and his newly created bonds eventually result in him being crowned the winner.

* HollywoodNerd: Tolkien is geeky, but also one of the more attractive male characters.

* ShipTease: With Trick. The two end up cuddling in their sleep all the time. Even when Trick is eliminated, Tolkien returns just to sleep on Trick. Could count as FoeYay.

After finishing in second place on the previous season, Roz's "consolation prize" is hosting this season. However, she's pretty inexperienced in the world of reality television hosting, and therefore makes some pretty... questionable decisions over the course of the season.

The runner-up of ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle'', Arthur is a portly individual who's fond of spouting out non sequiturs, often having to do with morbid obesity or loose peanuts, and annoying others (especially Julia). He's returned with a bizarre new alter-ego, 'Puber T.'

Veteran from Total Drama School and ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle'', placing 4th and 14th respectively. He was known for being extremely lazy and docile, yet somehow getting to the final four of School thanks to his odd relationship with resident GenkiGirl Sharissa.

The runner-up of ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle'', Arthur is a portly individual who's fond of spouting out non sequiturs, talking about his bizarre family, and being rude and obnoxious (especially to Julia) for no particular reason.

One of the ''three'' main [[AlphaBitch Alpha Bitches]] of the cast, and a Fanfic/TotalDramaRevolution veteran. In her original season, she didn't do much other than watch [[BlandNameProduct Nebraska Shore]] and act vaguely bitchy, but made it to the final five and was a ''huge'' EnsembleDarkhorse.

Chrissy is the third placer of ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle''. A pretty gruff personality, Chrissy is quite the {{Tomboy}} and doesn't take any crap from anyone, especially [[AbhorrentAdmirer Nic]]. She was known for her strong bond with Julia, but has changed her habits quite a bit since the season ended, becoming a hipster.

A contestant originally from Total Drama School. Devin was simply white and nerdy until he discovered rap music, and he now dreams of being a "gangsta." He was eliminated early in School but returned at the merge, then was eliminated again shortly afterward. He returned for ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle'', and was the first one out after the merge, because [[HeKnowsTooMuch he overheard Trey's secret plan]].

The 12th-placer of ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle'', who was sweet, loved by all, and seemed poised to win at first, then TookALevelInJerkass (nobody knows why or how, it's hinted that this is how she's always been) and was eliminated abruptly. She returns with a much more [[AlphaBitch abrasive]] personality.

The goth from ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTokyo'', who placed 7th and was known for saying grisly things, being sarcastic, and having an adversarial yet romantic relationship with [[CasanovaWannabe Julian]]. She's competing this season alongside the character she's a SuspiciouslySimilarSubstitute of, Helga.

The boring girl from ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTokyo'', Flora somehow became a huge EnsembleDarkhorse despite being a parody of OutOfFocus characters. After just barely missing the merge, she's returning in hopes of becoming less of a FlatCharacter.

Toad-al Drama's original DeadpanSnarker. She first competed in Total Drama School and didn't last long, not showing much of a personality other than reading books, but she returned for ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle'', bitter about her early elimination and becoming a lot snarkier (and more beloved).

The vertically challenged winner of ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle'', who was known for her Napoleon complex, her strong bond with Chrissy, and her... not-so-strong bond with [[ArchEnemy Arthur]]. She's dyed her hair brown after being called "Ginger" one too many times, and is now obsessed with [[Music/OneDirection One Erection]].

Fanfic/TotalDramaRevolution's runner-up. He was most notable for being pervy and a SpotlightStealingSquad, making up strange words, and wearing a banana suit.

The winner of Fanfic/TotalDramaTokyo, Layla was notable for being rich, cantankerous, and treating everyone around her (most notably her long-suffering butler, Charles) like garbage. After winning in an apparent fluke and giving all her money to Charles in a rare show of generosity, she has returned in the hopes of winning more money.

Mackenzie is the 14th-placer of Fanfic/TotalDramaRevolution, known for having a very cheery and friendly personality and being a character who readers wanted to have a second chance after her unceremoniously early boot.

One of the ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle'' newbies, who finished in 4th place. He was famous for idolizing Alejandro from ''WesternAnimation/TotalDrama World Tour'' and attempting to be like him in every way possible (key word: attempting), including manipulating his teammates, wooing women, and [[TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers having conversations with his abs]].

Ori is the only character in the story not created by the author - he was made by the winner of a contest the author held. The 9th-placer of Fanfic/TotalDramaRevolution, Ori was known for having violent mood swings and [[AmazinglyEmbarrassingParents a dorky father]]. He has returned, now with an obsession with Devin.

PJ, quite possibly the biggest BreakoutCharacter in the series up until Tokyo, is the 19th-placer of Fanfic/TotalDramaRevolution, who was known for doing basically nothing except [[VisibleSilence saying "..." frequently]].

The 5th-placer of Fanfic/TotalDramaTokyo, known for his affinity for cheesy puns, his delusional "friendship" with Wolfgang, his volatile relationship with [[{{Tsundere}} Casey]], his belief that he's half-penguin, and his otherwise bizarre antics.

The 9th-placer of Fanfic/TotalDramaTokyo, who was a likable and nerdy contestant obsessed with [[TabletopGame/DungeonsAndDragons Luncheons and Laggins]]. His plots with various girls took up a lot of the pre-merge, and he returned to redeem himself after being embarrassed in front of his crushes numerous times.

Trey is a veteran of ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle'', who placed 7th. He was originally presented as a nice, laid-back surfer heartthrob type with an attraction to [[CloudCuckoolander Octavia]], but soon revealed his true colors as the main antagonist of the season. After attempting to steal the money from the winner, Julia, he was trapped on Tiki Island for a year and experienced a drastic change in personality.

The 12th-placer of Fanfic/TotalDramaRevolution. Trick was a chill skater dude who found true love in [[NerdsAreSexy Cammy]], another contestant on his season, and the two ended up becoming an obnoxiously lovey-dovey couple. Trick returned without Cammy to redeem himself and prove that he isn't a bad guy.

The 8th-placer from the very first season, Total Drama School, and the only School alum in the story to not return to ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTikiJungle''. Veronica was known for being the second-in-command to resident AlphaBitch Amanda, who used her as a doormat. She returned so she could be more independent.

The 20th-placer of ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTokyo'', who was known for being grumpy, silent, antisocial, extremely violent (especially towards his arch-nemesis Puck), and oddly fashionable. He was also a prime case of WeHardlyKnewYe, which seems to be why he's returning.

* BlackDudeDiesFirst: First contestant voted off, as well as one of the only black characters (along with Chef, the biracial Arthur, and Julian of ''Fanfic/TotalDramaTokyo'', who was originally going to be a contestant and makes a few appearances).

* ShipTease: With Trick. The two end up cuddling in their sleep all the time. Even when Trick is eliminated, Tolkien returns just to sleep on Trick. Could count as FoeYay.
