Bounty's youngest child and second daughter. Deaf and born with heterochromia, Victoire spent much of her early life suffering in silence and with few friends, until she met Esen, who helped her become more comfortable with herself. She spent much of her life following Esen's sudden disappearance wondering what had happened to her friend.

* ActionGirl: She's certainly a fighter, and implied by Bounty to be the spunkiest and most rebellious of her siblings.
* ChildhoodFriends: With Esen, though Esen doesn't remember her or anything about that period of her life.
