Rindo's "looking at my phone" pose doesn't come anywhere close to covering his eyes. It covers his mouth. His nose is still exposed, even.

** His major issue also mirrors Neku's in many ways. Neku's problem was his misanthropy, as he often used his [[HeadphonesEqualIsolation headphones to both block out the sounds of the city around him]] and keep strangers shut out of his life. Rindo, meanwhile, struggles with indecisiveness and making his voice heard, and thus copes with his inability to make meaningful change in his life by wearing his face mask and limiting his need to talk to other people. Tellingly, Rindo has no problems helping other people in side quests from the start. Put together, the pair of them make up 2/3 of the MonkeyMoralityPose. Rindo intentionally or unintentionally makes the last 1/3 of the pose because of his preoccupation with his phone. He is the only character who holds his phone directly in front of his face in the game, nearly covering his eyes, while everyone else has their phone lower. He hides himself behind social media and views the world through the comfort of his phone for the same reasons he wears a face mask. In addition, [=FanGO=] is an AR game, which involves players having to look through their phone screen constantly. [[spoiler: The ending involves him putting away his phone to symbolize his CharacterDevelopment.]]
