* FatComicRelief: Aside from his sarcasm; He can be humorous and also incredibly comical to some, his comic-relief moments do show this in him at times, especially when he's [[ManChild acting immature]].
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Even though he usually doesn't show it, he actually cares for Jessie and the kids.

* RejectedApology: in the season 2 final, Jessie had enough of the kids not listing to her and accuses them about not caring about her needs or happiness as she quits being their nanny. However, three of the kids attempted to change Jessie's mind and apologies but she refuses. After hearing that Emma ran away and a talk with her, Jessie not only realized that she made a mistake in quitting but also that she doing the same thing as the kids are doing about not caring about others needs or happiness. Seeing the rest of kids save her from trouble, Jessie goes back to being the Ross kids nanny and forgives them.
