Ali often being called out of his hotheadedness, naivete and clumsiness because he has no past experience on Agency. This flaws played realistically on Ali which resulting on him being hard to be trust by anyone and slowed his training progression.

** His recklessness and overconfidence. Ali was too overconfident that he believed I.R.I.S made him become a great agent. As a result, the accident that he caused in ''MISSION : Return'' made him believe it was I.R.I.S' fault that caused him to be completely controlled by it and go berserk instead of realizing that it was caused by his own recklessness. The consequence of this led to him getting bullied by Rudy and his gang.
** His hotheadedness. Agent Zain points out Ali's hotheaded side resulted in him having a hard time befriending Alicia to learn everything from her, making his progress as an agent somewhat slow. Zain knows Ali doesn't like her due to her arrogant side because she is always better than him. However, instead of continuing to dislike her, Zain wanted Ali to learn more about being an agent from Alicia since she has more experience than him.
* GeniusDitz: At his best, Ali has shown his talent in creating gadgets, although he is known to be clumsy, headstrong and lazy.

Numeros is an evil organization serving as the main BigBad of the series. This organization is led by Uno.

** [[spoiler: The members of Numeros are codenamed from 1-10. The question is, who is 10 or "Diez" ? Since Rizwan was the only Numeros agent who did not receive a Numeros codename, some fans theorized that it was him.]]
** Fans also theorize that Numeros agents are nicknamed based off their order of recruitment. This is probably true because Aaron, a criminal MadScientist from season 1 who, after being recruited by Uno in middle of the series, received the Codename ''Nueve''/9 because he was the newest member of Numeros.
** Microbugs. Both Uno and Cinco are able to control it from Trez and [[spoiler:Rizwan's]] bodies respectively, which implies that there are possibly Microbugs implanted in the rest of the Numeros Agents as well. Probably to enhance their performance, as a HealingFactor, to monitor their locations and to control their [[PeoplePuppets bodies]]. This theory could be true since WordOfGod said Ocho communicates with the other Numeros Agents through using "telepathy", implying that the Microbugs in their bodies help them interpret what Ocho is telling them.

* IncomingHam: He and his ''Mamak Maju'' gang make quite the entrance in the battle against Niki much like an Indian Superhero with extra hammy-ness, and Alicia can't help but hide her face due to embarrassment. But still, once they take action, it's clearly satisfying to watch.

Agent Karya is senior INVISIO agents of M.A.T.A and one of main mentor who seen in the series.

* AstonishinglyAppropriateAppearance: Karya's appearance is heavily influenced by modern magic performers. Granted, his abilities in battle are alike to magic tricks, using card projectiles as one of his weapons and being able to hypnotize his targets.
* BlatantLies: In ''Mission: Alpha'', he announced that school was dismissed early due to haze. Even though Mrs.Munah knows there was no haze, she chose not to care and let her students go back home anyway and she never even asked him.
