* LargeHam: All over the place during the Zen Exhibition Match and the Tournament of Power, whether he's announcing the names of his fighters' techniques or berating other Universes or their fighters. * UnderestimatingBadassery: He seems to be really cocky when it comes to other universes, especially when seeing Majin Buu and thinking of him as some simple chew toy. He's taken down a peg when his universe is assessed to be the weakest, averaging a level about half that of Universe 7 (which is second-last). His arrogance proves to be his downfall in the actual tournament, as his poor strategy to have all of his universe's fighters bumrush Goku and Vegeta, two of the strongest competitors, results in Universe 9's embarrassingly early erasure. He addresses Universe 9's Gods respectfully, while Basil and Lavender are rude to them. Bergamo is good at keeping his cool in combat, while Basil and Lavender both become psychotic (to different degrees) when they fight. During the Zen Exhibition Match, while Basil and Lavender sought self-gratification (whether demonstrating their own strength or killing their opponent, respectively) in their matches, Bergamo made a noble appeal to Zeno to revoke the universe erasure rule if he managed to defeat Goku [[spoiler:(he didn't, of course)]] in his match.

* BadassBoast: After losing the Zen Exhibition Match to Goku he swears that Universe 7 will be the first universe erased during the tournament and he'll make sure that no matter what Universe 9 survives and isn't erased. [[spoiler:Unfortuatly he failed to live up to his words. Not only is Universe 9 erased, they are the first universe to be eliminated from the tournament, they lost very early on, and every fighter was eliminated by a fighter from Universe 7.]]

* GiverOfLameNames: He announces all the nicknames and such for his universe's fighters and their attacks. Everyone from the Grand Priest on down finds them tacky. Roh may not be the one who actually named them, but he gets the mockery all the same since he sees nothing wrong with bragging about them.

* SmallNameBigEgo: He is the God of Creation of Universe 9, so he is an important person. At the same time, he likes to brag and belittle those around him, saying how U9 is the best universe with the strongest fighters. He gets a rude wake up call when the Grand Priest reveals that U9 has the lowest mortal rating of all the 12 universes.
* SmugSnake: According to the [[AllThereInTheManual character profiles]], he tends to make fun of the other universes. [[EstablishingCharacterMoment The first action he does when we first see him is to arrogantly smile along the Trio of Danger.]] Buu wipes said smile off his face fairly quickly. [[spoiler:It becomes very apparent how smug he is when it's revealed in episode 80 that Universe 9 is considered the ''worst handled'' of the current twelve universes.]]
