* SimpleStaff: Timmy's weapon of choice. If it hadn't been destroyed, he'd still be using the wooden quarterstaff/training bo that Caleb gave him when he was ten. It pulled double duty as his MagicStaff for helping to direct his spells. Steps are being taken to return it to him.

* {{Meganekko}}: Author states that Tootie very nearly had her glasses taken away or changed for the storyline, but decided not to change them as they were part of her character appeal.

* [[YouGottaHaveBlueHair You Gotta Have Green Hair]]: Justified in that fairies come in a variety of colors and usually have hair, eyes and clothes in a color scheme. Their magic even coordinates.
** When Cosmo casts magic on his own, it poofs green. When he does so in concert with Wanda, it's pink; why the color changes isn't explained.

* {{Adorkable}}: In her first appearance in the story, Tootie is baffled by Timothy's freaking out at her; a few minutes later she attacks a rampaging fairy capture unit in her room by throwing her old Barbie dolls at it.

* HairDecorations: She wears a pair of hairbands to keep her pigtails up. Art from the author shows they're purple instead of the canon blue, implying they were changed to match her glasses.
