The overstressed accountant for the Best Student Council. She is a staid and straight-laced girl who's often seen as the StraightMan of the other members. She always has her abacus in her hand and is often driven insane by the council's struggling budget to the point of going berserk on members who use the budget or school's property on their own. Aside from managing the budget, Her other hobby is window shopping and often makes time to spend with her friends when she's not busy.

* BiTheWay: She has a secret crush on Kanade, though she claims that she just heavily admires her.
** ButNotTooBi: She volunteered to serve as a distraction to boys during Miyagmi's swim practice to not only protect Kanade from them, but to grab their attention. Too bad [[OldTimeyBathingSuit the swimsuit she decides to wear]] isn't to well-received by the boys.

One of the two vice presidents of the Best Student Council (arguably the council's second-in-command) and also the leader of the Assault Squad. She usually prefers action over logic, but is shown to be a passionate and considerate person when she needs to be. Her secret hobby is collecting pilotto dolls and other stuffed animals from all around the world.

The second vice president of the best student council. Despite this, she is not the leader of the Covert Squad, but is the top ranking member. she has the gift or special skill of information retrieval. [[spoiler: She is actually a spy for the Nafrece Intelligence Organization, which is trying to find out Kanade's secret, the power of the Jinguuji.]] Her father is the president of a rather large company that the organization supports. She is torn between her family's business and the Best Student Council, not wanting to leave her family or the Best Student Council (though she never admits to it). She comes from a wealthy family and is also mixed with one quarter of foreign blood from her paternal grandfather.

The number one member of the assault squad. She is an old friend of Rein. Before she was invited to Miyagami Private Academy, she was referred to as a genius swordsman who inherited the pure blood of Hida.

A classmate of Rino and Ayumu. She has two brothers and one sister, which is why she does not live in the Gokujou-ryou like the other members of the student council. She has a crush on Kanade Jinguuji and is jealous of Rino.

* ClingyJealousGirl: toward her position as ClassRepresentative, and toward the StudentCouncilPresident's affection.

Presumably the oldest member of the Best Student Council, the captain of the Covert Squad and Minamo's elder sister. [[spoiler: She was born into the Jinguuji, but her power had never awoken unlike Kanade and thus had to change her name.]] Being a close friend [[spoiler: and presumably a relative]] of Kanade's since childhood, Seina is also a good adviser to her, letting Kanade tell her things that she wouldn't be able to tell Nanaho or any other members. She keeps watch of almost everything that goes on in the school and dormatory. Despite her situation with all of this and her sister's illness, her personality is almost always cheerful and optimistic.

* BewareOfTheNiceOnes: Depending on how serious the situation is, she'll slightly deepen her normally high pitched and threaten anyone who interferes with their objective. Let's just say that it was a side of her that [[TheStoic Kotoha]] wasn't used to.

* NumberTwo - While the StudentCouncil has two Vice Presidents, Nanaho is the more senior of the two, being VP since the beginning.
