openI remember the dog and not much else... Western Animation
I don't remember many details but: A cartoon - I think it's American - about a family that lives in the suburbs and they variously deal with problems. What I remember is that they had Hungarian sheepdog (on of those mop-looking big dogs that was white). The colors of the show overall were quite muted and favored pastels. I used to watch it in the early 2000s and though I watched it with other Nickelodeon shows I did't watch it directly on Nick. I know it isn't much but...
Edited by CooingQuiveropenCircles with faces
There was a cartoon, and I think they were emotions. I remember one being like hugging or something, they had like a face, and arms and legs and they were like blue and pink and green and other colors I think it was on cartoon Network, but I could be wrong. One was a hugger (i think he was green) and the female character was pink. I can't recall if they talked or not, I want to say mid 2000's
openOld Potentially PBS Cartoon
When I was younger, around the early to mid 2000's, I used to watch a cartoon at my grandparents house. i don't believe it was on PBS Kids, because it didnt show up on the site, but that was the only channel i can clearly recall watching. The show involved a boy and girl as main characters, and took place in a jungle or forest of some sort. I recall at least a lion character, and a witch of some sort, and I vaguely recall an episde where the lion and the main characters' other animal friends were attacking them. I believe the show was produced with CGI animation, but I cannot for the life of me remember what it is at all.
openHolidays Documentary About Toys Live Action TV
Over ten years ago, sometime in the 2000s, I saw a documentary on TV one Christmas but haven't been able to find it on any other Christmas. I don't remember if it was only a hour long or if it was a mini-series. I just remember it discussed the history of various toys, like Silly Putty (?), Barbie, slinkys, and lincoln blocks.
openTv show: Sci-fi, space, astronaut, glowing alien force Film
Hi guys, I watched this tv show around 2008 and I believe it only lasted for a season. I was about a couple of smart people who were brought together and sent up to an international space station to study an alien force. I believe that they discovered the small alien force on a planet that looks similar to Mars and it might even have something to do with the title. The force has chosen each of the characters specially for some reason. It is set in the future with awesome future gadgets and technology, such as stem cell regrowth. Scenes I remember: 1. The astronauts discover from a pile of rocks a beautiful glowing alien small bodyless cell is found. 2. On of the girls gets a business card and scanned it over her phone and it automatically starting calling the Nasa like agent. 3. On of the males gets a bucket tattoo on the bottom of his foot because of some inside joke he has with one of the female characters. 4. During an argument in the space shuttle a character gets her finger accidentally cut off. But not to worry, there stem cell technology healed it up in no time. 5. Flash back to a female character working on a desert project and she hears a super high pitched sound and passes out for a couple days. Later we find out this is the alien force choosing her.
Thanks I have spent lots of time trying to find it I hope someone remembers it!!

openA Darker creepyer Gravity Falls like show with 90's nicktoons design Anime
Hi, i'm here because i can't remember a show i was watching when i was younger (also i'm french so excuse my language, i'll do my best) The base plot was 3 high school kids (two boy, a little smart one, a dumb one with sunglasses, and a girl) in a town where creepy thing append. The design was kinda like 90's nicktoons like Ginger, Rugrats or Real Monsters!. One of the kids was writing everything that appened in the episode in is diary. I can't remember names but i've got the set up of one episode and the pretty much full plot of another one. The set up for the first one was one of the kind buying Chinchillas because he reads he can make money with them (not realising it mean killing them and selling their fur). While the main 3 are in the pet shop, another kid show up. Can't remember which pet he buy but when he came back in his home we can see he got lots of pets, and he don't take care of them at all, actualy when his mom ask him to feed them he take a piece of moldy bread (with disgusting mushrooms on it) and drop it on the top of his turtle's shell how desperetly try to eat it... pretty depressing. For the episode i actualy can fully pitch, here it is. One of the kid (not the one who write a diary) try to set his watch (he found it in the Lost Property Office) and find out it's actualy a time travelling device. He start screwing around with it and finally find himself somewhere in the wood in the 19's century with snow everywhere an a little house. He get in it and try to light up the wood stove and set the cabin on fire. In the present time where his friends still are, things stats to change and a memorial plate pop up in front of their school telling how the first school of the town burn in a mystery fire in the 19's century. I don't know if the idiot travel a lot in time but i remember how things end up. He found himself on a desert island somewhere in an apocalyptic futur, the watch break down and he spend the rest of his life trying to fix it. Finaly, while he's realy old with white beard and all, some dude shows up, he's the keeper of time. the idiot ask him if he can fix his watch and the keeper say no, since he's not the master of time but just the keeper. He bring him back at the begining of the episode, the idiot look at his arm and see a different watch than the first one. He give it to his friend so he never get into trouble because of a time traveling watch ever again... the end. Here it is, this is all i can remember about this show but i can't find the title... Thank you for your help
openThe Female Odd Couple
We all recall the classic "Odd Couple" with Tony Randall and Jack Klugman, which was followed a decade later by "The New Odd Couple," an African-American version featuring Ron Glass and Demond Wilson respectively. But I also recall a female version done with Rita Moreno and Sally Struthers, which Wikipedia only acknowledges as a stage version, with no TV series version getting an imdb listing. I recall seeing one scene on TV and also recall a news story of the series being canceled after very few episodes, perhaps one or two. If anyone also remembers these things, is it a case of shared false-memory syndrome, or is it a case of an actual TV show whose documentation has fallen off the radar of the librarians of TV history?
openSitcom from 90s or older: man living with elderly mother
Can't remember for the life of me the title of this one sitcom that was featured on our national TV years ago... I think it was a British sitcom but can't be sure because I searched and found nothing.
There were two main characters (I don't think many other characters were shown):
- miserable man in his 30s/40s (thin, tall, bald with mustache, brown hair, often wearing tweed jacket with elbow patches) - I think he was a teacher or something of the sort - living in a small house with
- his obnoxious elderly mother (white wig, cane, gown)...
Does anyone know?
Edited by StatuesqueRangiferineopenWhat is the title?? Anime
This animation was aired about 10 to 13 years ago. I watched this in France. This animation was about a teenage girl who has two older brothers; one of them is a step brother, and both of them go missing after they leave the house for business. One of the brothers sends a letter with a blue stone in it. When the girl drops tears on it, it changes to blue dust. After this happening, this girl decides to go on an adventure to find her brothers with accompany of one of the butlers. She eventually meets her step brother but later realizes he was doing a business related to the blue stone. She later meets the other brother and tries to block the step-brother's business, which eventually leads to a destruction of the whole business. During this destruction, the two older brothers sacrifice to save this girl from the destruction. After this incidence, she goes back home and starts her normal life again. She eventually succeeds in making a hang-glider and flying, and the animation ended here. This is the summary of the animation that I remember. I am sorry if some of it is weird because these memories are from more than 10 years ago, so they are all kind of blurry. One of the main features of this girl was that she had a pink brooch she got from her step mother and kept the blue stone in it. I don't know whether I have given enough info, but if anyone knows what this anime is, I would be grateful.
openOld sounding song with funny line Music
Ok, I remember in about 2009 or so my mom was listening to a song (not sure if it was on the radio or a cd) that sounded pretty old (40s or 50s) though it could have just been Retraux. It had a male singer, was slow tempo, and had some funny line which was something like : "If I knew why the roses grow, I would know why the roses grow." which both my mom and I thought was pretty funny.
openRemembering a character Live Action TV
I think the character I'm picturing was a puppet. Either that or animated. He was purple, had a big mouth, his head was bigger around his mouth, and he had a tuft of green hair. That's all I got.
openWheelchair skateboarder who knows God?
Okay so my sister swears this was a real show but I’ve never heard of it. Maybe you guys could help us out. The show was about a kid that got picked on a lot. He was disabled and in a wheelchair but in his dreams he was a skateboarder. Before his dream or at the end of his dream every night God or something would show up and give him life lessons. He had a white beard and white clothing. The boy had brown hair, he was short and always wore a hat.
openScooby Doo Western Animation

openCartoon that used to air on "This" Tv channel Western Animation
I remember a cartoon that used to air every weekday on a channel called "This Tv". It aired around 2008-2010 and it was sci-fi/adventure themed. All I remember is a brief glimpse of it where some woman and this old guy are trying to crack this code or password but can't find the answer. The old guy suggests the phrase "Jimmy crack corn", to which the woman replies with a Flat What and he says "Jimmy crack corn, no one cared" , but that doesn't work. I would like to know what the show's called but I have no idea.
An animated movie where two kids are given a snowflake and asked to go to another dimension/ world. They have to get back before their snowflake melts, Along the way they meet snow white and she has some sort of a north eastern accent I believe. They also meet other fairytale characters and at the end all of the characters are there in some large room. Some witch shows up and they decide to let her in at the end.
