Completed pretty much every mission and side quest available in Far Cry 5.
All that's left are those collectibles, and at this point I honestly can't be bothered to finish those suckers. I mean, maybe if they unlocked a special weapon camo or unique item I'd be more motivated, but at best they're just going to offer another stash of munitions, cash, silver and a few other random-yet-common items in the game world.
Etrian Odyssey V: Beat the Star Devourer, after about a dozen tries. The party that had gotten me through pretty much everything else up to that point, including the rest of the Bonus Dungeon, wasn't particularly well suited for the fight, so I had to change a lot of things around, but I ultimately pulled it off.

Monster Hunter World: after much struggling against Nergigante since the beta, decided that, after so much time, I should try hunting it in single player, in preparation for reaching Hunter Rank 100.
This was the result:
Had some help from my Palico, but still damn proud.
... And that's called jazz!Beat the final boss of Kirby Star Allies.
500000 combo in DJMAX Respect, halfways there... 999999 combo trophy, here I come!

"Leftover items still have value!"Amazing Spider-Man 2: Beat the game on Hero difficulty, completed all free roam photo ops.
Monster Rancher 2 update: Got items to make Dragon, Joker, Jill, and Durahan! Beating Bighand was pretty funny. After training my Phoenix, Woo to be better in POW, DEF, and SPD (he had 951 INT but kept losing every other time), it turned out to be meaningless when he 1-shotted Bighand with a crit. Monster Rancher is a game full of surprises! After that we went to Kawrea, and Woo was so smart he got the Joker Mask on our first try.
Turns out The Protomen Act 1 and Barbie and the Secret Door soundtrack both unlocked the same thing: a Dokoo! The only reason i couldn't unlock it before was cause of its eeeeeevil Joker DNA. I also got a Knight Niton from (I think) Pokemon 2BA Master. I named it Knighton. Then I tried to mix my Undine with a Joker to get a Siren, but Undine just ate the thing and came out an Undine.
There's still some mystery, though! The Protomen Queen CD, Jekyll & Hyde '94 recording Act 1, and Jekyll and Hyde the Broadway recording are still unavailable to me. They must be part Wracky, Mock, Bajarl, Ghost, or Metalner.
Also, Pokémon Live!'s very rare soundtrack gets Ice Candy.

The Protomen enhanced my life.Got 999999 combo in DJMAX a few days ago! Finally done with that trophy... figured out it might be a good idea to just get that grind done with early

"Leftover items still have value!"Wait what the heck do The Protomen have to do with Monster Rancher? (Or any of those bands I don't have an obsession with, for that matter.)

The older Monster Rancher games read the information from your C Ds and DV Ds to generate monster data. Technology being what it is these days, you'd probably get the same effect with QR codes.
I hope you get tiny bits of eggshell in all your omelettes for the rest of your life! Finally went ahead and beat the two Burial at Sea DLCs for BioShock Infinite. The second episode I did in '1998 Mode', which limits you to only non-lethal weaponry. Now to be honest, it wasn't too hard. It's not an amazingly developed stealth system (there's no alarms or other real punishment for being caught), eventually you can just straight up turn invisible, and the crossbow they give you immediately knocks out anyone outnote . Granted, you can only carry four shots, but I never really 'ran out' since you usually find enough along the way to keep you supplied.
Still, what's important is that I beat it whilst preserving the life of every poor, downtrod splicer. They'll live full lives muttering to themselves creepily and walking all weird-like. It warms the heart.
Well, I mean, I tranq'd one and he fell off a building or something, but he's probably, like, fine. Better than fine. Probably helped fix his back. He should thank me.

Got one of the secret endings of Monster Prom while trying to score a date with Miranda.

If you don't know what that means, it means I held the line for about half an hour against an infinitely respawning continuous stream of literally hundreds of enemies, including a superpowered boss that keeps coming back every few minutes, instakills everything and is Nigh-Invulnerable but won't go away unless killed, with game speed locked to fastest, my unit production not being up to the job due to me not being a micro king and my computer being so low-spec that the game is running at borderline clipshow speeds due to the sheer number of enemies on screen.
You can bet your ass I'm gonna pin that achievement to my profile because it's a Bragging Rights Reward that's actually very well deserved for the effort and patience you have to put into it.
The only monster I have left to unlock in Monster Rancher 2 is a Ghost! (I also burned some digital music to C Ds to see what they get, and got a Hopper, Colorpandora, and something I haven't checked yet.)
Probably the funniest monster I got from a CD just for the juxtaposition was a Strawberry Shortcake CD getting a Joker/Pixie, a Monster Clown Grim Reaper.
I named it Strawberries.

The Protomen enhanced my life.Killed the Ex-Dictator and the Gold Digger Elusive Targets in Hitman (2016), and got a Silent Assassin rating for it as well.
Managed to beat Augus in Asura's Wrath. Best fight ever.
Scored a date with Vera in Monster Prom.
Killed my first Thunderjaw. In a tiny-ass Cauldron chamber. I was not ready for it. At all.
It involved using literally every trap I had (spent so much time setting up I think my tripwires started to time out), and the stupidly good Tearblast arrows on the Shadow sharpshot bow that I am now really glad I chose to buy ASAP (for reference, I’m on the quest to go to Maker’s End).
All those are not what let me kill the thing. All those are what dislodged a bunch of armor and weapons, letting me pick up and use it’s disc launchers against it. Those are what let me kill it.
Also there was liberal abuse of the dodgeroll button. And three health bars’ worth of medicine. And my woefully low stock of potions.

PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheyFinal Fantasy X-2 HD: for only the second time in more than ten years, I beat Angra Mainyu. For the FIRST time in that same span, I FINALLY GOT THE FREAKIN' MASCOT DRESSPHERE!
Now to just get the Amazing Chocobo and plunge through the remaining 75% of Via Infinito, and then I'm ready for the Farplane!
Finished the Stepping Stone mini-campaign in ARMA III on Regular. Very tricky, got killed a lot of times, but Mission Complete.
Yay me!
Finished the Louisiana section. The game is fun but it has a lot of flaws.
Undertale: obtained the Platinum Trophy. ...but note that I haven't actually beaten the game, yet. Stuck at the last save point.
Final Fantasy X-2 HD: got the Amazing Chocobo, and have otherwise got 95% completion. Literally the ONLY thing I haven't done yet (besides going on into the Farplane) is complete Via Infinito (currently on in the lower 40s, so not yet halfway through it yet). If all goes according to plan, completing that Bonus Dungeon From Hell and beating Trema should get me to 96%, at which point I'll finally... FINALLY! Be on the road to Sweet Perfection.
I managed to beat the giant blob monster in Tales of Grace F.
A bit old, but...

Growing up, it's like a civil war, don't turn away, it's something you can't ignore...
Killed the Identity Thief Elusive Target in Hitman (2016) and got the Silent Assassin rating. Definitely a less stressful experience than getting Silent Assassin on the Fixer.
