The description of If You Thought That Was Bad... starts with the following sentence:

Many pages related to DC Comics have paragraphs riddled with chained sinkholes, most of which are comprised of the word "The", followed by several adjectives that reek of Fan Myopia. I've already deleted one paragraph that contradicted itself, as well as another that had an incorrect description of the work. I'll proceed with the cleanup, if no one objects.

You Need to Get Laid has some issues with some examples, but the description has a few chained sinkholes. This was after the opening paragraph:

There are sinkholes aplenty in the Team Roster sections of the main The King of Fighters games, which I encountered doing TRS cleanup for Rich Idiot With No Day Job.

Encountered Fanfic.The Fiery Blush Of Dawn while working on a TRS clean and holy heck are there chained sinkholes galore. Did my best to work through about the first half of the many examples on the page, but I'm on my phone, so my speed was slowed considerably. Lots of stuff getting wicked over and over again, like Manga.Naruto getting potholed every time a canon character is mentioned. This repair may be above my paygrade.

Asked in the work page description thread, but in case there's still no response there:

Muse Magazine has sinkholes in the description. Should we just clear that chunk out?

Okay, done with a bit of a reword.

Farscape has a borderline All Blue Entry in the "Season 4" folder, which naturally leads to chained sinkholes. Only 9 words of the paragraph quote aren't potholed.

Found this on The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie that I’m unsure how to fix.

All these sinkholes (removed one already for a TRS effort).

From the Friendly Fandoms section of YMMV.Barbie 2023:

• With The Super Mario Bros. Movie for being based on a long running franchise and featuring a blonde woman in a pink dress in a leadership role, with some not realizing it's happened before with both franchises.

Just cut everything after "[...] leadership role."

Even then, I question the validity of this entry as while both movies are released in 2023 and both Barbie and Peach are blonde and dressed in pink, Barbie (or at least Margot Robbie's Barbie) isn't particularly in a position of leadership like Peach is.

Yeah, this whole example is a stretch.

So on Déjà Vu, there's this joke on the bottom of the page(the page quote and description were pasted to the bottom) and while I like the joke, the All-Blue Entry pothole fest feels excessive.

I was thinking maybe it could be cut down, like so. It's still all blue, but it's only two potholes. I'm open to suggestions.

It feels weird for both Déjà Vu and "Groundhog Day" Loop to do the same joke, but that's part of the joke.

Are they allowed in Trope Descriptions? If not, how can it be rewritten?

I much prefer your version. I really didn't expect to find an unironic All-Blue Entry still on the wiki.

Chained sinkholes are bad no matter where they are, even in descriptions. Looks like the only way to fix this one is by removing some of those references.
