more PVs should feature an awkward rap

At least Kouji Seo dares to do things not many other romance mangaka tend to do, whether for better or worse.
Watch SymphogearKouji Seo introduced Truck-Chan. Truck-Chan is the greatest waifu across all manga ever.
I found out the Dragon Maid manga was done by the guy who did I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying. It's also being animated by Kyoani. I've found my anime.
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018Hey, that's the guy who did Komori-san wa Kotowarenai! and Ojojojo! I love his stuff!
That was pretty much my reaction as well.
One of the characters in the show is apparently Ai Nanasaki's little brother, Ikuo. And he seems to be the friend of the male protagonist. (Also, the show will be in an omnibus format similar to Amagami SS.)
(RC Winter 2017 Preview out... Revising... Revision complete.)
Will surely watch:
- Seiren - Definitely watching this, having Manami Numakura on board (as a Cool Big Sis) is a plus.
- Masamune-kun no Revenge - Read the synopsis of the manga and this sounds interesting as I love Revenge stories.
Might check out:
- Demi-chan wa Kataritai - I'm assuming this is gonna be like Daily Life with Monster Girl minus the ecchi...
Would love to watch, but a recap/marathon of the first season is required:
- Blue Exorcist season 2 - It's been a while since I binged the first season, so much that I forgotten what happened during the season finale. (Something about using Rin to summon an eldritch great evil or something?) Also, I haven't seen the movie, so...
- Kono Subarashii Sekai Ni Shukufuku O season 2 - More and more, I'm getting really tempted to watch season 1 because of how funny it is ...Or So I Heard.
* Granblue Fantasy - It's almost as famous as Kantai Collection (if the sheer amount of fanart is any indication), so I might as well take a look...despite not being too keen on fantasy anime shows.

"Learn as if you will live forever, live as if you will die tomorrow."Probably will watch Gabriel Dropout. Definitely watching Dragon Maid.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru! All I need this season is Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu and Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o!.

Oh yeah, Demi-chan is in this season. Checking that one out.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Granblue Fantasy got delayed to next season
Which also means that we have airdates for everything
Thoughts:
- The must watches: Seiren, which looks like the Amagami follow up Photo Kano wasn't; much awaited sequels to KonoSuba and Rakugo, Demi-chan whose manga I've had my eye on, a full cour of the magical Little Witch Academia, detective serial in feudal Japan Onihei, ACCA which is one of those not-the-usual types, and KyoAni show Maid Dragon.
- Akiba's Trip looks like stupid fun.
- Finally picking up another Dogakobo show. Nice to meet you Gabriel Dropout.
- Youjo Senki has an alluring vibe of cynicism, and looks good despite the premise seeming like a mishmash of random plot stuff.
- Hand Shakers I will check out just for the animation quality. Not giving me a lot of confidence in the story department though.
- Might as well finish up Zestiria.
- SPACE POLICE eIDLIVE looks like an enjoyable romp.
- Next semicolon anime Chaos;Child steps up to bat. Will watch, especially since Occultic;Nine for all its faults I still found had a strange charm to it.
- May be that MinaKama will engage me more than Long Riders did... but I might drop it quickly given Yowamushi Pedal is also airing.
- Chain Chronicle is looking pretty spiffy for a VG adaptation.
- Kuzu no Honkai is apparently about the shittiness of unrequited love and dear god do I need to watch something like that right now
- This might be a stupid idea, but I might watch Rewrite even though I have not watched the first season. Nor have I read the source material. Whoooo!
- Everything else I'm not likely to pick up

Seiren could be interesting since I did enjoy Amagami, more Ao no Exorcist is a must see, more Little Witch Academia is always good, and Precure is grandfathered in by virtue of me following every series from 2012 onwards. I'm interested in Konosuba but I have yet to watch the first season of that so...
The pv for Maid Dragon was amusing but I'll need to see what the deal with fansubs is before I actually give it a try.

Occ;9 tried to be something it wasn't. It could have been a crazy and quirky pulp story, but the sheer incompetence of parts of the staff involved, and maybe the writer too, screwed it up so bad.
One can only hope this upcoming one is at least decent.
OH GOD WHY AM I A CAR!? - ForzareDamn, I was kind of looking forward to Granblue Fantasy

What's that even about?

I'm gonna have to binge/marathon the stuff on my backlog from this season (and the last too I think) first, but I'll probably be watching:
- Kono Suba 2
- Demi-chan
- Maid Dragon
- Masamune-kun
- Urara Meirochou
- Little Witch Academia
- Piace
Will try:
- Akiba's Trip - I'm expecting shit, but I'll give it a shot because of Earphones.
- Youjo Senki - The whole loli part feels gratuitous and stupid, but I'll try it anyway.
- Hand Shakers - I wanna see how the animation plays out for myself before deciding.
Hell no:
- elDLIVE - I have nothing against Psycho-Pass, but screw Pierrot.
With the lack of kids' anime I might as well as stick to watch what I've been watching now. This would be the first time I never watch something new in any season.
if it continues the tone from the first two OV As, Little Witch Academia might be up your alley.
So, Akiba Strip is pretty alright. Funny, well-animated. Attempts at drama absolutely don't work, but that's a fairly minor element so far. It's far enough outside what I like that I don't think I'll be following it, but if you were into, say, Kono Suba, I imagine you'll love it
I thought the dub was really good. Dumb as the premise was, I thought it was pretty funny.
If it keeps up the pace it could be a spiritual succesor to Keijo!!!!!!!!. it recognises its own dumbness, but still takes it seriously.
So far, the only thing of note to me is Exorcist, Zestiria, Konosuba, and Dragon Maid. Might pick up more as the season progress and I hear what others have to say.
Also watching Chain Chronicle, or watched since I heard the anime is just going to be an adaption of the movie trilogy airing right now. The first movie is already out if anybody interested, and if you don't know what's going on since it takes place after the game, ask me. Played the year it was available globally. Heck, that's where my pic comes from.
Side note, wasn't a Gunvolt OVA supposed to be out this season?

A rose by any other name would smell as sweet Unless I grew it. In that case, throw it in the trash.Akiba Strip is pretty silly and self indulgent but it's fun. I think I will follow it.
Seo success as a writer honestly mystifies me.
Yeah, a giant... Dragon.
