The purple pentapus, the Ridiculously Cute Critter from an episode of Avatar: The Last Airbender. They have a tendency to stick to human skin, and they won't let go with force, but will happily come off if stroked a little, leaving a reddish mark on the skin.

He's Flotsam, from Dark Chronicle. He's a Monster Clown, as the title states, working for the Big Bad to try and find the Atlamillia, an important stone with time-travel powers. He's very opportunistic and has a touch of mad scientist to him, and once he sees that Maximilian has the stone he doesn't give up until he's nearly killed.
Oh, and he wears dynamite under his clothes.

That's Kashitaro, a one shot character who appears in Rerere no Tensai Bakabon. He is one of Papa's former college mates who loaned money to many people (kashi means loan) and he's roaming around trying to get back all the money people owe him, especially Papa and his 700 yen.
