Yes, since the Video Games topic have a thread like this, I'd figure I will go ahead and do one for Western Animation anyway.

And, yes, I have a lot of 'feel' moments.

And you should express your feels too, buddy.

Welcome to the cartoon world of feels.

As for my first feel I'd like to get out of my chest, it would had to be from Rugrats In Paris.

First off all, the fact that Chuckie's mum is dead already. Sad.

Second of all, happy feels was injected into me when Chuckie gets a new mum.

Third and lastly, that Falling-in-Love Montage with Spike and Fifi, of all things. That BGM makes me wanna cry. (;_;)

...What? Somethings are supposed to be heartwarming, but for me (as an Asperger, no less), crying would be the best option here.

And that's just the beginning of my feels with Western Animation.

I have Aspergers too and I agree! Those moments are SHO SHWEET.

You should not advertise it too much though. Some people can be mean.

Hey you. You suck.

Now on topic; I've yet to actually find something to hit me in right note. Any recommendations?

The first Ice King and Marcelline episode had me in tears after my second watch.

The ending of Not what he seems hit me hard. I was just so in shock after everything that went down in those last few minutes.

Pretty much any time Pinkie is really down in the dumps is bound to make me feel sad(esp. Party of One and Pinkie Pride)

While it's technically anime, Vegeta's death in the buu saga was real sad.

Baymax going rogue. Tadashi dying didn't get me but everytime I see Baymax going berserk it always freaks me out.

Bill in general from King of the hill. It's kinda hard to laugh at the guy because he's just so damn pathetic.

Forgot to add a couple of stuff from Simpsons...

  • "Hmmm...I told him he ruined Thanksgiving."
  • "You are Lisa Simpson."
  • "It's recess everywhere except in his heart."
  • "Goodbye, Homer. You'll always be a part of me. (wham) D'oh!"

I dunno, but I think mods frown on list threads. Lets elaborate on each moment instead of making huge lists that dont lead to any actual discussion, please.

While it's relatively not too big, seeing Laney get all sad over Corey being ignorant to her crush on him always makes me feel a little sad. Kind of something I can relate to.

Well in Goof Troop, there's:

  • PJ's consistent status as The Woobie but especially that time early on he says "Oh, well, at least I had one day of fun in my life..."
  • The absolutely adorable state of Max's close relationships with Goofy and PJ, especially in the movies, "Date with Destiny", and "Meanwhile, Back at the Ramp" for the former and "Everything's Coming Up Goofy" and "Good Neighbor Goof" for the latter.
  • That one scene in "O, R-V, I N-V U" where Goofy played Parental Substitute for PJ gave me more warm fuzzies than anything else I've ever seen
  • All the romantic subplots in both the show and the movies were really sweet, and it was especially lovely to see PJ earn his happy ending.

I remember a scene in an episode of The Fairly Oddparents when Timmy returned home after running away. When he explained why he ran away, he looked like he was about to cry. Poor thing.

Let's see...Molly Grue, from the Last Unicorn, explaining how she had spent her youth waiting to see a unicorn...

Zuko, up on a rocky outcrop, screaming at the sky "You've never held back before! You've always hit me with everything you had! And now I can GIVE IT BACK!" from Avatar the Last Airbender. Oh, and Iroh singing the Soldier Boy song...

Anything with poor Simon and little Marceline...she knows he's going away from her, and can't do anything about it. They both know. It's like having a parent with alzheimer's...

Another example? Hmmm...

The ending of Wakkos Wish, in which everybody, even the Butt-Monkey characters (well, most of them...) got their happy endings. I might love a good Sadist Show, but I still like to see characters get thrown a bone (literally with Buttons) once in awhile.

I'm genuinely surprised the ending of Futurama's Jurassic Bark hasn't been mentioned yet.

It's so much of a feel to me that literally any other time Seymour is seen, I always tear up. Even when he's doing a happy thing. Like, automatic tears. No exception.

The end of Rick potion 9 and the aftermath of the events in Rixty Minutes. That ending, just, damn. Between the song and Morty & Rick's reactions to the whole thing. I don't know which is worse. Morty's utter shock or Rick being so unfazed to it. And Morty's whole speech to Summer in Rixty Minutes is just so depressing. While not real young, he's still a teen but you can just tell that seeing his dead body(well, an alternate universe version of him) that it really messed him up. Hell, the fact that the show acknowledge that the Morty and Rick of that dimension are still dead shocked me. I didn't think they'd actually ever mention that.

Another R&M moment has to be King Jellybean trying to rape Morty. I kinda saw it coming since I had heard about it before I saw the episode, but when I saw it I didn't think it'd be that bad.

Admittedly, I haven't watched much of Steven Universe yet so I haven't seen to many sad moments just yet(besides the one with the centipede thing), but Petey's speech in the Frybo episode has been the saddest thing I've seen from that series so far. Though knowing that show theirs going to be more depressing moments as it goes on.

I almost shed a tear when that happened.

And if you know how the dog was carbonated, ( In Bender's Big Score, Bender was hunting down Fry, so he blew up the house, and for some reason, the explosion 'fall-out' caused the dog to be carbonated.) I feel so sorry for you.

And how come no-one's mentioned of the ending of Monsters Inc.? That happy ending deserves a moment. Especially this quote:

"Boo?" "...Kitty!"

(cue the most goddamned smile ever from Sully, film ends)

WHY PIXAR, WHY?! (;_;)

Then again, the credits have to ruin it with animated bloopers. Although the musical they do at the end is a heartwarming moment that leaves the film on a happier note. Especially when the main theme is sung at the end of the credits. :)

The flashback with baby Po and his mother in Kung Fu Panda 2. The combination of the music and the animation just make it one of Dream Works' most emotionally powerful moments.
