I'd laugh how much of a jerk the main character can be and the other things that make the anime So Bad, It's Good.

Weigh the pros and cons and proceed to zap everyone for shits and giggles.

TNP finds the cure for cancer.

I'd share it with the world and let everybody research it. Yeah, I won't be able to keep the $$$, but I'll feel like I did the world a great service.

TNP makes an Original Character (if they haven't, or a new one if they have).

I recently made a young character with Green Thumb (Plant Manipulator/Generation) powers for a superhero setting. He is a Tragic Villain in the style of Carrie (he looks visibly inhuman and always has looked like that but he still tried to treat others well before he snapped).

TNP made a villainous Original Character.

I would go with Healing Factor. Nanomachines could malfunction.
