Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

There were a lot of useful comments in the draft for Book Stack Time and the OP — new user with Tv Tropes as their handle — ignored them (as evidenced by those pages that should be cultisted) with replies that were snarky and tried to explain how the advice wasn't relevant.
ETA: the draft was discarded by the OP, but the page created after 3 days. It had 2 bombs and 1 hat, I'm guessing the creator didn't feel like working on it.

Red Vox is the band of Vinny from Vinesauce. We can make the page redirect to the Vinesauce page (which already contains some Red Vox stuff) unless someone can come up with a non-stub page for the band.
Edit: I checked and whoever made the Red Vox page didn't even link to it on any of the Vinesauce pages, even though the latter mentions the former multiple times. I would have at least put it in the Vinesauce-related Works folder on the main page, because Vinny has mentioned band-related stuff during streams, so there's a bit more of a relation than just Red Vox's lead guitarist/singer being the same person as Vinesauce's founder.

Re: Book Stack Time. There seems to be a few people in TLP who auto-bomb work pages. That's what happened when I created a work page draft a few months back. I'm not sure if the bond hat ratio is particularly helpful for that page. That said, saying this guy responded at all is a compliment since it was one comment and short at that.
Is this guy the creator of this work? I ask because it's just one video made by a kid and the behavior described isn't exactly mature.

Based on who's listed as the creator of the video, it could be the same person as the TV Tropes user you previously mentioned in this ATT thread, which would make this a case of ban evasion.

Regarding Book Stack Time: When investigating the creator of that page when they botched a rogue launch, I found a positive IP match with a previously banned user that had a history of rogue launching. Thus, the creator is banned, and the work is sent to the cutlist with its subpages.

Regarding The Radiant Dawn... Sorry for the late answer, I had no time to be online during the holidays. I alphabetized the entries and rewrote the description myself, since going by my P Ms with the page's author it any further discussion seemed pointless. I'm going to throw them a PM regarding what the page still needed doing, just in case.

Pointing out that said pages are made by the creator of the work, whose Creator/ page is a piece of work to boot (though it's outside the purview of this topic).
New troper deluxehigh made an orphaned character page or two that I don't know what they're supposed to be. I've P Med them.
EDIT: They've made a Roleplay.Deluxe High page so at least it's not orphaned, it's just a stub. Hopefully they'll flesh it out because right now it's literally one line.
