Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.
For the interested, here's a list of recently created pages. Launches
Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

Ah. And I went ahead and put Repeat Then Beatdown into the system since it looks like it was an intentional launch. I'll see if I can find the fellow who launched it and PM then to do crosswicking. I can't put too much time into it at work.
Actually, Repeat Then Beatdown was first mistakenly launched and then unlaunched. It shouldn't be launched now.
Otherwise, worklist:
- Learning and Sburbing: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- From the Depths - Stubby and unindexed
- Monster Boy And The Wizard Of Booze - Stubby and ZC Es.
- Videogame/Reassembly - ZC Es and no description
- Fin Punch - Stub
Thanks Shima. Need help with that Fin Punch page.
So I was just told in a PM. Ah well, it's up and out there. I suppose it can always be unlaunched again. Itchy trigger finger?
Referencing way back when, I've launched Emergency Refuelling, although I haven't finished wicks yet. I cleaned the wicks on Mid Air Refueling. The page still has zero inbounds.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.I'm still working on the fin punch page. My friend really wants this page to happen and I'm compiling as much as I can.
Pharaoh and Semester Of Desolation are stub work pages; creators messaged.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanToday's worklist:
- Bloodborne Secondary Characters: ~Wild Card Courier, please do not make empty unindexed pages like that.
- Chaos Reborn: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Knight Mares Fool: What is this page supposed to be, ~Ego-Man25?
- Lancer Gets Serious: Stub work page; presumable creator messaged.
- Poet Anderson The Dream Walker: Are you sure this work is compliant with the Franchise/ namespace guidelines, ~tenuousbreaker.
- Sabres of Infinity: Another empty character page, by ~Homicidal Frog.
I'm continuing to flesh out the Chaos Reborn page as soon as I can, I just wasn't in the mental shape yesterday to get very far.
Fear the cinnamon sugar swirl. By the Gods, fear it, Laurence.I overlooked the part where works in a franchise were needed in three namespaces before the creation of a page but haven't found any documentation about how to get the page back to the way it was before I had made the edits. Is there any way to do that myself or will an admin need to get involved? Apologies for the inconvenience.
Check out How to Move a Page.
Otherwise, worklist:
- Gardens Of The Night: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Mahou Galaxy: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Reassembly: Needs a description.
- This Is Where I Leave You: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Victoria Schwab: Stub creator page; article creator messaged.
WebVideo. The Robotnik Collab looks quite the stub to me. Plus, I think it should be in WebAnimation/, not WebVideo/.
Aye, cutlist that.
Sonst:
- Austria: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Cardians Prague: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Characters.Face Off: An empty unindexed character page by ~Wayward Totodile. I recommend to not start pages until one has some content for them, really.
- Fate Hollow Fake: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Half Life: That page should be dewicked and cut, I think. I'll lock it pre-emptively and will dewick it tomorrow unless you want to do it, ~Earl of Sandvich.
- WebAnimation.Touhou and WebAnimation.Other Friendship Is Magic Fan Vids: Um, ~justanid and ~St Fan, WebAnimation/ is not really a suitable namespace for these kinds of lists.
Where is a suitable location? Before it grew, the Touhou page was split as part of my attempt to clean up the Main.Fan Vid page years ago.
Yeah, I meant that as a disambiguation page, since the games and the book are different. Nonetheless, I'm happy to oblige and move these wicks.
I now go by Graf von Tirol.Today's worklist:
- Meat Shits: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- No Evil: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Spiral Chronicles: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- True Tail: Stub work page; creator messaged.
Regarding the Touhou page, I think the move was unnecessary. Regarding the My Little Pony page, some of these look like enough material for their own page, I think.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIt looks like other pages have pageless fan videos (along with Let's Play and others) under Fanfic Recs, so I'll move it to FanficRecs.TouhouFanVids.

Today's worklist are Isle Of Dartmouth and The Royals, two stub work pages whose creators have been messaged.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanToday's worklist:
- Coga Nito: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- One Winged Angels: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Younger: Stub work page; creator messaged.
Regards Coga Nito: I'm presuming it needs more description/explanation and perhaps more examples? This much is probably obvious, but I am the guy who draws the thing. So what I'm worried about, chiefly, is both being impartial, and what things seem obvious to me [because I know what the intention is, etc] but might not be obvious to impartial observers. I'm not asking anyone to slog through the comic itself and help out, but if there's any advice that can be offered for things like writing impartially about your own stuff, then I'd be grateful for it. Thanks.
I'm not sure what makes it a stub, since it has a decent description and a fair number of examples.
However comma, it does need some work. There are a number of Zero Context Examples, and the page only has two wicks, indicating that it needs to be crosswicked. I would say expanding the examples should come first, though.
Also, in certain places (such as the last sentence of the description), you have hyphens where you should have em dashes (type two hyphens, like so, --, to create the em dash: —).
In the first paragraph, I would remove the "latest" bit, and personally I'd also remove the "currently", due to Examples Are Not Recent. But all in all I don't see anything biased, so kudos on impartially troping your own work. (Haven't read through all the examples, just skimmed and noticed a handful of ZCEs.)

@GELGOOG: I haven't seen the page from before your inclusion, but most of the descriptions for your trope examples look good enough. However, a few of them still look like zero context examples. Your entry for Awesome by Analysis is definitely zero context, and the entries for The Blank and Slasher smile are borderline. The stuff for the latter two barely match the criteria for the tropes in question, and I have to look up their respective pages to see what they mean. Same goes for the first example. If I can't tell what the trope is supposed to be from the example text, then I consider it a ZCE.
Also, from my understanding, YMMV and flame bait type tropes are the only stuff that's subjective. Most tropes you would put on example pages are inherently objective. Either X trope is in your work or a part of it in some way, shape, or form or it isn't. It shouldn't matter how "obvious" a trope is, so long as it exists somewhere within your published work. If it's there in any way, shape, or form, you should be able to write out a concrete example explaining how your work contains an example of X trope, and why this example fits the criteria of X trope in such a way that I don't have to look on the trope page to figure out a trope's meaning. If it is something that will happen in future updates of your work, don't include it until said updates appear. Your entries should be written so that anyone can go to your webcomic and verify that that trope appears if we so desired.
Speaking of which, you might want to include a link to the first page of the webcomic, considering this is an online work. And as Solip Schism said, you might want to start crosswicking. Don't get discouraged by lack of notability or anything like that. You might also want to shift the entry for The Blank upward once that's fixed.
Solip Schism, when Septimus posted the list it was a stub page (had a description, but only one example). GELGOOG already fleshed it out by the time you saw it.
That was a draft to create edits to Administrivia pages. It was not launched to a page for itself, only as edits to established pages.
