You're thinking of Youngster Joey.
Who is the true villain. He's even beaten Blue Motherfucking Oak.
I'm having to learn to pay the priceIts Green Motherfucking Oak, godammit!
-read Pokemon Special instead of Pokemon Adventure-
@ CTM: Blue actually beat Tabuu before any of the heroes showed up in Subspace. Unreliable Narrator was in effect, sadly turning Blue into an Unperson.
In Japan. *

Blue became Sonic.
Remember! Hyperbole is an exaggeration made for comedic effect, and shouldn't be taken literally! Then you have the Kirby games, where choosing a villain can be pretty hard, since most of them were One Scene Wonders. It could be a Justified Trope, considering that the games take place in Dreamland, dreams tend to be Big Lipped Alligator Moments, and BLA Ms don't have that much story behind them.
With that said, the one exception is Zero, the giant eyeball that shoots blood. I've heard claims that Zero is a lonely being that wants to have a friend (but it can't, because who would want to be friends with a giant eyeball?), and that it's jealous that Dreamland is happy while it's not, so it attacks DL because it feels that if it can't be happy, then no one can. I don't if Nintendo itself states this, or if the fans are the ones making these claims. Still, the fact that Drawcia (Kirby Canvas Curse) made a Deal with the Devil with Zero and that Zero possessed Drawcia to become Drawcia Soul strongly indicates that Zero is the Kirby equivalent of Satan. I wonder how many villains in Kirby can be traced back to Zero.
Then you have Galacta Knight, who is Sealed Evil in a Can. Well, I don't know if he is evil, because very little has been revealed about him. It's a safe bet that he's connected to Meta Knight and Kirby in some way. He has made appearances in Kirby Super Star Ultra and Kirbys Return To Dreamland, and I bet he's going to make more in the future.
Still, I would say that Magolor from KRTD is the greatest villain in the Kirby franchise. He used the False Friend trope quite well, demonstrated Affably Evil when The Reveal kicked in, did make hints that there is a hidden overall story to this franchise, had some nice theme music playing for two phases, and can probably be traced back to Zero. He just seems to outdo the other villains in this franchise!

Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!I know the games don't exactly specify, but isn't Zero and Zero^2 just aspects/incarnations of Dark Matter? Leastwise that's how I always saw it.
Don't take life too seriously. It's only a temporary situation. At least one source, like Kirby wiki, says that Zero and Zero-two are/is the creator and leader of Dark Matter.
Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!Hmm, that doesn't outright negate my view. In a way, both could still be true. Zero being the 'core' of Dark Matter.
Don't take life too seriously. It's only a temporary situation.Porky. Corrupted the Nowhere Islands and even in defeat, still got exactly what he wanted.
So. Let's all pause for a moment to smell what the Rock was, is, and forever will be... cooking.—Cave JohnsonI'm going to side with my fellow Uprising fans and give it to Hades. Considering he is a god that almost kills you even with four god(desses) on your side is crazy enough. The fact that he is easily the most memetic of all the characters in the game as well as his love of Xanatosian maneouvers cements him as being one of the greatest villains of Nintendo, if not number one.
"Evii is right though" -Saturn "I didn't know you were a bitch Evii." -Lior ValHow the hell has no one mentioned the genocidal Caulder/Stolos from Advance Wars: Days of Ruin. He killed his own creator, invented machines that could demolish the world even faster than already, and he invented a flower virus that slowly killed almost everyone else
All For Science!
Yeah that beats the pants off Ganon

I say Bowser. He can dance, has made his way into crossovers, gets his fans horny, starred in his own game, manages to make friends with his enemies, has eight kids and an army/kingdom to run, races, and is the main villain (or just arch-enemy) in the most successful and popular video game franchise of all time.
Did I mention he can come back from the dead?

Yeah, definitely Bowser. No matter how many times I fight him, my heart still stops the first time he shows his face in a game, and I know it's go-time.
Andross...mostly 'cause I like Starfox. He did try to take over the galaxy two or three times, which is pretty good villainy, I guess.
UNCLE ANDROSSSSS!!!
Shigeru Miyamoto. He gave gamers the opportunity to kill Mario in any of thousands of different ways, something that Bowser still thanks him for.
Fight. Struggle. Endure. Suffer. LIVE.Well, I'm glad to see that Nintendo is Not So Above It All - "it" being the target of sarcasm, mockery, and Snark Bait!
For Star Fox, Andross (Andorf) and Pigma are probably the greatest villains in that franchise! Andross has appeared in more than one game, has generated at least one Meme, and is a giant floating head with two hands (has that ever been explained?). Pigma is such a Complete Monster, greedy, backstabbing thug, that he should have been made the Big Bad of Star Fox Assault, not the Aparoid Queen!
Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee! What meme, and why the (Andorf)?
For the meme, -ahem- "Only I have the brains to rule Lylat!" Considering that he ended up as a floating brain when he said that....
Andorf is the name of the character in the Japanese version. I don't know why the name got changed to Andross, unless they were afraid that people might confuse him for Ganondorf!
Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!To be honest, Andorf sounds like the result of a Fusion Dance between Andross and Ganondorf.
Well he's evil but he's not suicidal. That guy's Rattata is in the top 99%!
