No, no, it's not a G Gundam x NGE crossover. It's just another (seemingly) Lighter and Softer NGE rewrite that runs on Hot-Blooded to the max (although some recent developments have been surprisingly classically Eva)...
Your premise is still wholly your own.

Yeah, IINM at most it just uses some of the general themes and flavor of the Gundam franchise and other Real Robot Genre and Super Robot Genre works, without actually using any work-defining elements from those genres.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Probably the best laconic descriptor I can come up with for the fic is "Evangelion in the style of Shin Mazinger Impact! Z-Chapter on television".
Which is kind of ironic, since I think the fic started before Mazinger Impact came out...
Although it does have a Red Shirt Army consisting of Real Robots and their pilots (all of which are referred to as Gundams, regardless of the model type or design - much to the ire of In-Universe Gundam fans ), a subverted and lampshaded TTGL reference by method of Spell My Name With An S, and the Jet Alone system consists of the Rising and Shining Gundams being Zeta-style Transforming Mecha, which are also a Combining Mecha to create the Burning Gundam.

...guys, I decided I want to use the line "Moving at the speed of death." in SCE.
But I have no ideas about what context it would work in.
Ideas?
Sounds to me like something that would go hand-in-hand with a One-Hit Kill attack, or some kind of conceptual Timey-Wimey Ball/causality-fuckery ability.
In XCOM:EU, the line is one of several possible dialogue options used by Assault-class soldiers when they their "Run & Gun" signature ability, which is basically a Death or Glory Attack that "allows an Assault soldier to use up all of their movement actions — which would normally restrict them from performing any other action that turn — and still fire or use Overwatch (but not make use of any items or Psi abilities)."

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. The mental image that came to my mind at that line was that of adult!Asuka mowing down some mooks Char-style.
The line would also be referenced later in the context of a certain character whose Eva's gimmick is Super-Speed, resulting in an in-universe urban legend that the reason why he kicks so much ass despite being a rookie is because he flies three times faster than Death, hence Death cannot claim him.
... You talking about adult!Asuka reminded me of a certain doujinshi that I believe I talked about over e-mails. It consequentially reminded me of the sad fact that there's pretty much very little in the way of quality fan art of Asuka (or any of the other 14-year-old female characters) that depict a hypothetical adult version of her. Seriously, Misato, Ritsuko, Maya, and other female adult characters shouldn't be the end-all-be-all for Evangelion fans if we want artwork of Shinji with an older lady.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. They'd have to also consider the look of an adult Shinji for that, which is a surprisingly formidable challenge.
Nous restons ici.Not really. He's probably the easiest, since some people see more than a few physical similarities between him and his father (and mother, incidentally).
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. You're talking appearance. His face, basically.
I'm talking character. Everything else.

Nous restons ici.OK... How much do you really expect to change? The way I see it, he'd still be a male Shrinking Violet in general, just not as extremely passive as his 14-year-old self would be.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. An adult Shinji would look more-or-less like a clean-shaven Gendo, but with a classically Shinji pitiable expression on his face.
My mental image for that particular incarnation of adult!Asuka has her hair tied into a bun and wearing Misato's red jacket.
But that's just my mental image.
....
<tries to imagine Asuka without her hair down>
<completely and totally fails at it>
Considering the sheer insanity of all he went through, probably a whole lot. The question's going over your head, so let me spell it out: what is the kid wearing. What's his hairstyle. Why. That sort of thing; the stuff that illustrates his character.
I have no idea. Any choice would ultimately be arbitrary; there's nothing to suggest he's going to turn out any particular way at the end of the series. He could look like his dad, or Kaji, or be the drunk hobo wearing the surplus jacket, or the escaped mental patient; they're all equally likely. There's no way to choose one.
And artists are particularly susceptible to choice paralysis.

Nous restons ici.I did not see the second pic before. Save!
... The first one, though... The other images about the same depicted scenario sour it for me. Basically, she's apparently working under Gendou... and gets caught in the same trap that Ritsuko falls into in canon (the AU!Ritsuko is apparently happy with whatever she's having). Makes me wonder if she's actually supposed to be Asuka's mom Kyouko, with the artist assuming that Strong Family Resemblance is in play.
But there are a lot of artists around. Statistically speaking, there should be a large enough number of them within the quite large EVA fanbase, and with the franchise being 20 years old, basic statistics also say that there should be a good number of those artists who have managed to get past the choice paralysis bottleneck.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. That particular picture you are complaining about is illustration for the Japanese lemon fic Stray Cat.
... OK, I'll bite: What's the premise of this Japanese fic?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. Also, holy shit, there are a lot of Happier ending fics about Asuka and Shinji.
My various fanfics. You find that surprising?
I mean, I guess not. It's just that I was looking at the Fan Fic section for Battle Couple for some reason, and there were like ten Shinji/Askua fics in a row.
My various fanfics.
Whaaaaaat
Did someone have my idea already?!
