So, as a counterpoint to the other thread, this is where we talk about entries that we find incredibly amusing and intelligent. To start us out, I present the entirety of Real Life, which had me cracking up when I first read it.

Crack Pairing:

Generally anything involving Sailor Pluto while questioning the paternity of Chibiusa will have you reaching for the Brain Bleach. There's also Minako/Rei, which is based on a manga chapter in which Minako asks Rei if she farts.

I looked at some of the Trope Pantheons earlier and found that one of the entries in the portfolio of King Galbatorix was "John Malkovich being someone else for a change".

Although Despair Event Horizon is a rather serious trope, I rather like how it has a Robot Chicken quote at the top of the page. [lol] Or at least it used to.

The first line of the definition on Gun Nut. I was going to fix it, but I think it's funny enough that it should stay.

"A character whose life revolvers around guns."

Even though Star-Derailing Role would normally be a bad time in an actor's career, I couldn't help but laugh about the entry for Bill Cosby. The one that said "Bill Cosby should only be on a screen that can fit in your living room."

I like to keep my audience riveted.

From A Good Name for a Rock Band.

In one episode of The Museum Of Curiosity, Andrew O'Neil (of The Men Who Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing, so a man who recognises a random phrase's band name potential when he hears it), talking about class-issues on the Victorian necropolis railway quotes one commentator talking about "the body of some profligate spendthrift" before interrupting himself to say "Which is a good name for a band. 'We are Prolifigate Spendthrift!'"

Stupid Jetpack Hitler, just...that name.

Sure the content is fascinating, but to me it always conjures up the same mental image.

A black and white film of one of Hitlers 30's speeches he salutes to the crowd as always, palm down and arm extended, face stoney. The camera tilts and we notice a bubbly cartoonish Buck Rodgers style jetpack on his back, a jet of white smoke blankets his feet and he slowly rises into the air, salute and stoic expression still in place.

He rises a few more feet and the drag from his extended arm pulls him from upward to forward travel, then to downward, then backward. His speed increases and he starts rocketing in a spiral like that supposed picture of the failed N.K. missile launch test. The speed increases more and he finally breaks his stoic expression to screech "NEIN NEIN NEIN NEIN NEIN NEIN NEINE!" over and over like a broken record gradually growing fainter as he is carried away until the only thing left is a spiraled white vapor trail tracing his path into the great beyond.

The camera cuts to the massive crowd, all with almost identical "What the hell?" looks on their faces.
Then I sit there with no sound coming out, and clapping like a retarded seal and I realize that even with 23 years of experience I am still an overgrown 6 year-old.

Stoned hippie without the stoned. Or the hippie. My AO3 Page, grab a chair and relax.

From That Poor Cat:

The 2010 Halloween Update for Team Fortress 2 included "noisemakers" you can set off that play Halloween-themed sounds to the entire map. One of them is "Black Cat". In theory, it's supposed to be creepy. In practice, considering all the offscreen gunshots and explosions that occur during any given round, it devolves into this trope very quickly.
