Three Character Questions

Izumi Ibara from my ever-expanding short story:

1). I'm at about 800 youkai confirmed kills so far, and I'm deathly afraid of becoming one of them. I mean, I'm already attracted to the scent of blood, I get incredibly excited at the end of battle, and I just had sex with the guy I was working with after we cleared a whole mine of giant spider-demons...

2). That would have to be my father, Daiske Ibara. He was the man who taught me how to use Sakura, the blessed bolt-action rifle passed down from generation to generation.

3). I can't complain. I live comfortably as a Miko, I provide an active service for my community, and I'm dating someone. Life's allright.

My three questions:

3. If you'd be doing something different than you are now, what would it be and why?

Answering as my main character Cho-seon.

1. Do you have a sexual kink/fetish? If so, what is it?

• Nothing in particular. The standard stuff that isn't wierd or disgusting. Though I'm predominately interested in men, I always had something for Nazi Dominatrices.
  
  2. If there was any established character you identify with, who is it and why?
• Some of those kiddos say I look like a blonde Maya Natsume whoever the hell that is. Well, kids and their cartoons. But I must say that when I was young and watched my favorite cartoon Fist Of The North Star, the one I could always identify myself with was Raoh. In fact, his character inspired me to conquer the world and take the burden of humanity's survival on my shoulders. Then again, to some other people I'm reminiscent of Lita Ford. Come to think of it our voices do sound similar.
  
  3. If you'd be doing something different than you are now, what would it be and why?
• If I wouldn't be uniting humanity under my banner in order to get the world rid of the xeno and Chaos pest, I would, in another world, most likely be still a North Korean commissar or a lawyer. The former is like getting paid for being like a schoolyard bully. It's almost like high school all over again. *g*

1: No. I've never attended school and I've never spent much time with people of my own age, so I haven't really had the chance.

2: Without knowing what the end and means both are, how can I possibly answer that question?

3: No. In my experience, everyone loves coming up with explanations.

I'll let my other character, bounty hunter Jessie Flores, field this one:

1) Nah, I"m more of a brawler. I'm not fast enough to pick up a general martial art, so I just practice hitting them where it hurts with my fists repeatedly. Sera, on the other hand, does know martial arts and is much stronger than she looks since she's prosthetic.

2) I loves me some noir games, so Max Payne and LA Noire are on the top of my list.

3) (Looks blankly) ''¡No hablo ingles!"

1) No, as unless the weapon possesses some special quality, there is no reason for a special name, and if it's special enough to deserve one, it's probably already named.

2) The hands, most definitely. I know many women who are incredibly skilled with their weapon of choice, possess a lot of magical skill, and generally have no qualms with hurting people when they have to, my sister being the prime evidence for all three of those.

3) Not really.

1. ... my weapon is water magic. I suppose I've named the spells.

2. I'm guessing her feet. High heeled stilettos are considered a weapon in my country.

Melee. Usually one katana in each hand. These are not my only weapons, though.

I'll answer as Alexander, an important side character in my story.

1) I view my fellow knights as brothers, whom fight alongside me, while I view my family and non-military friends as people who I'd protect with my life.

2) No, though I have done things that may have others thinking otherwise.

3) One of the knight hounds, as they are undyingly loyal, very intelligent, and incredibly brave.

Statues. They're all statues - and memories. It's been a while since I've seen a farmiliar face.

I don't think so - but Philos always told me people who think themselves right are often wrong. So... maybe?

A duck. I'd like to swim, walk and fly. Wouldn't anyone?

1. In general, all wear the feet of their super suits. But when off-duty...

Adam: A pair of old boots that were thrown away.
Coral: I prefer heels, when I can. But they're rather impractical in my current life.

Tania: I stay in my armor at any time except bathing. Even to sleep, I just shed its exoskeleton and sleep in the inner padding of it.

Coral: A lot of my views are changing. These are no exception. I used to be kind of freaked out by it. I'd do photoshoots with lesbian undertones and laugh about them later. But I can kinda see how gays are a bit like us...misunderstood, you know.
Qwerty: I don't see why it exists, if it keeps the homosexual from passing on their DNA. I would wonder, but I've probably lost the capacity for curiosity, in addition to my other emotions. If I had homosexual desires, I would not act on them, so that I could pass on my DNA. Then again, I don't really understand love, even heterosexual love...
Tania: I'm not ready for it, the same way I'm not ready for heterosexuality. I'd have to touch people, and let them see me...I can't, in my current state.

Adam: I know religion, and I know science, but I'm not sure which one I trust more on this question. I want to trust religion. I've seen firsthand that science can work wonders, but I can't really fully trust it.
Coral: Every night, I look up at the stars, and wonder how I got here...but by here, I mean "sleeping under the stars, instead of in my mansion."
Qwerty: I think the big bang theory is an adequate explanation.
Tania: I believe some higher power did it.

1: She'd go to med school. That count? 2: No television and most definitely no Star Trek in the verse, but Vulcans. 3: Very. She's the Deadpan Snarker in the series, but can be emotional at times.

Answering as Laur, another fantasy character of sorts.

I like passing the time with a stranger, especially when I have to keep it a secret.

2: Are you a creative person?

I've never had to do anything creative. Unless you count getting out of military service; I'd say that was a pretty creative solution.

3: What is your outlook on life?

If I ever cook one up, I'll let you know. I'm more concerned about keeping my life than having an outlook on it.

How do you solve most of your problems? Are you planning on having kids? (Or if you already have them: More?) Is your world a friendly or unfriendly place?

Hmm, who to answer as, who to answer as...

Let's go with K-11-2, whose actual name has never been revealed in my work anyways.

1. Can't say I have.

2. Most, probably all to be honest, are normal. They wouldn't make it past the intake pysch evals otherwise, despite public perception of the ADP as bunch of gun-happy lunatics. It's the staggering loss rates that render you dysfunctional.

3. I don't honestly know. It all sort blends together after awhile. You suit up in an armored trooper and jump out the back of an airplane to parachute into a fight with a military or heavy industrial biomechanical whose AI has rolled snake-eyes, and this is completely normal for the AD Police, done at least once a week. As is the fact that three suits go out and one or two come back. In fact that's probably the answer. Taking on a Bu-12B and bring back all three suits.
