    • Central Theme being (at least) love and connections.
    • Berserk/evil forms for the heroes get averted this time around.

  • 2021-2022 title revealed to be Kamen Rider Revice
  • Great Leader as the Greater-Scope Villain.
    Pre-premiere guesses
Revice will be Lighter and Softer
  • A big stretch considering the show's demon aspects, but Vice acts as a very comical partner to the MC almost akin to Momotaros, as well as the show emphasizing on the family theme with the Igarashis.

  • Geats
    • Seahorse
    • Fox (based on his helmet design)
    • Whatever Geat's stamp is it'll allow Revi and Vice to flip upside down and swap forms within the same body.

Vice will die at some point
May be part of the build up to Revice's Super Mode. Vice dies and Ikki/Revi loses his powers, but through sheer determination he recovers, Vice is revived, and they unlock a new form through this.

The show will have at least one female Rider.
Adding onto this with a twist, she will a be a G-rated succubus who becomes a contract demon with the other secondary rider. Their forms will also be partially themed after the Precure series, specifically Fresh Pretty Cure! (since they were skipped cross-overing in the more recent series) and Suite Pretty Cure ♪.
  • Jossed for now. Sakura will transform into Kamen Rider Jeanne using the Cobra Vistamp.

Fenix is Shocker or will become Shocker
  • They both have a bird motif, so it's very likely that they have ties to each other. It would also make for a neat Mythology Gag to the manga version of Shocker having ties to the Japanese government.
Fenix is the remains of Foundation X

Fenix is a combination of Shocker and Foundation X

Revi will gain a super mode that will allow him & Vice to fuse together.

One of the episodes will be about Vice being separated from Ikki.
And learning that he can't do a thing alone, so the whole episode and maybe the next will be about him learning to cooperate more with Ikki before the two can be back together.

One of the Partner Riders will be a person who is fully possessed by their Inner Demon.
Said Rider will initially be getting in Revi and Vice's way at first, before a revelation about their origin occurs and they decide to side with the main Riders.

Returning actor possibilities
  • Kamen Rider (The Series)
    • Hiroshi Fujioka/Takeshi Hongo: It'd be great to have Takeshi Hongo return for the 50th anniversary of the show he began.
      • Half confirmed, kind of. Hongo does come back, but is portrayed by Hiroshi Fujioka's son Maito Fujioka, with Hiroshi coaching him behind the scenes.
  • Kabuto
    • Hiro Mizushima/Souji Tendou: While he has never reprised his role, he has stated before during Zi-O that he'd gladly reprise his role if asked.
  • Decade
    • Masahiro Inoue/Tsukasa Kadoya: They're never gonna let him sleep, even if he says that Zi-O would be the last time he would reprise his role.
  • Fourze
    • Sota Fukushi/Gentaro Kisaragi: Due to how Fourze was intended to be an anniversary Rider but changed at the last minute, Gentaro might come in as part of an advertisement for a new movie or mini-series for his season's 10th anniversary.
  • Zi-O
    • So Okuno/Sougo Tokiwa: Previous anniversary Rider.
  • Saber
    • Syuichiro Naito/Touma Kamiyama: Practically guaranteed, as the most recent main Rider.
    • Takaya Yamaguchi/Rintaro Shindo: Similar to Touma above.
      • Both confirmed, along with all the rest of the main Saber cast.

    Post-premiere guesses

One of the Super or Special forms will unite the two into a single Rider
  • It will behave similar to Drive: Type Tridoron and the announcement "TAG-IN! REVI/VICE!" will be used when they swap places.
    • Confirmed: Thunder Gale Vistamp fuses the two into Kamen Rider Revice. The announcement is Jossed, though.
One in body and soul! How's the coziness? Super cool! Thundering and storming new style! Kamen Rider Revice!

The Akumaizer from Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider Wizard & Fourze: Movie War Ultimatum, will return/reimagined as inner devils for either a special or a movie.
They will be inner devils for the reimagined versions of the Choujin from Choujin Bibyun.
  • The Akumaizer do return in the Kamen Rider Super Live 2022 stage show.

Sakura will get her own V-Cinema to become the next Revice.
She has the most potential among her siblings, but she can't be a rider yet because she's still studying. Maybe in the sequel she'll start working in Fenix when Deadmans is still not taken out yet.
  • Jossed. She'll become Kamen Rider Jeanne instead.

Kamen Rider Revi will have an upgrade form that applies to all other available riders.
Using a Human Vistamp, they can combine together to form a Megazord, their motif being partially based on the sentai series.

Vice is Giff?
  • Why not?
    • Obviously Jossed! Vice is NOT Giff, though the Igarashi siblings have Giff genes in their body, which explains the connection between Giff and Vice.

Ikki who wears dark suit in the opening is Ikki who was possessed by Giff or he is the imitation of Ikki who was created by Deadmans?
It's simply possible.

All the other members of the Igarashi family will become a Rider at some point.
  • It's stated that all of the siblings had the potential to become a Rider. Daiji will eventually get a belt of his own at some point as intended, but because of his deep-seated envy of his brother (1), he will be an evil rider that needs to be redeemed. Sakura already demonstrated combat prowess without transforming (2). Both Ikki's parents will be one-off joke riders in Blu-ray specials (3).
    • 2½/3 guesses confirmed:
      • Daiji's envy manifested into his inner demon, Kagero. K-Daiji was given the Two Sidriver from Karizaki, enabling him to transform into Kamen Rider Evil. And since Daiji has the belt, it also enables him to transform into Kamen Rider Live.
      • Sakura got the Libera Driver from Weekend, and became Kamen Rider Jeanne since then.
      • The father, Genta, was revealed to be a Rider — Kamen Rider Vail. And the mother? Who knows. Maybe time will tell.

Ikki secretly resents his mom.
It's established that everyone has an inner demon, and The Hero is no exception. From the looks of it, Ikki cares about his family, yet in Episode 1, we can see his inner demon Vice eager to eat his mom. In the same episode, the viewers know that he has to give up his dream of soccer to help run the family business. A bit of Foreshadowing his Hidden Depths, perhaps?
  • It has been revealed he has this tendency of wanting to eat humans, and that it is an inevitable thing demons do, as he does that in a golf course and really upsets Ikki.

George will betray Fenix, albeit while under influence of Giff.
And will inevitably bring back past riders to get in the way of Revice, requiring him to use past Rider knowledge to a degree to defeat them.

The animals seen in the image of the tree in the intro will be the forms

Alternately, these past Riders are all second-wave elite monsters akin to Another Riders
With the twist that their Vistamps all use still existing animals. And these are all the Showa Riders. Except...

Aguilera and her Co-Dragons save the Rider-1, Rider-2 and V3 forms for themselves
Jossed. Demons currently owns the Vistamps of Rider-1 and V3.
Sakura will become a Rider at some point.
She will get to transform during the finale arc similar to Tsukuyomi or in the summer movie similar to Izu.
  • She has been seen wearing a Rider belt during filming, so, confirmed?
    • As of Episode 12, it was confirmed. She'll transform into Kamen Rider Jeanne.
A future Rider will be totally possessed by their inner demon.
Either they're in a coma or it's a case where the demon only takes hold when they're asleep.
  • Confirmed; said future rider is Evil, whose user is Kagero, Daiji's inner demon.

The secondary Rider will have forms based on a Spider and a Cobra
  • Scans have shown that their (Evil's) default form is based on a bat so why not?
  • Toy releases and the outro of episode 7 imply that the secondary rider is Demons rather than Evil. Demons' main form is, in fact, spider-themed.
  • And now we have Jeanne with Cobra.

The secondary Rider will have forms based on past secondary Riders
Like Garren, Zeronos, Birth, Meteor and so on. The bat Vistamp may actually be Knight.
  • Jossed. Evil (who may or may not be the secondary as mentioned above) seems to use forms based on Evil Counterpart Riders. When he uses the Jackal Vistamp, he gets a Genm-themed form. Demons, on the other hand, owns his personal Spider Vistamp and the Batta Vistamp, which is based on Ichigo, a main Rider. And Live uses the same Bat Vistamp from Evil, but with no confirmed Legend Rider basis.

Rentaro Kagura/Kamen Rider Shinobi will return during the early 2022 episodes.
  • A couple of reasons:
    • Revice is a celebration of the 50-year history of Kamen Rider, so it would be a nice gesture to celebrate the Future Riders as well.
    • Shinobi is stated to be 2022's Rider and debuted in Zi-O's new year episodes; he's also the most popular of the Future Riders and many fans liked his Rider Time spinoff, so he has a good chance of appearing due to Popularity Power.
    • Rentaro chronologically first became Another Shinobi before becoming a proper Kamen Rider, so his backstory is thematically similar to how Deadmen are formed. He's also an overprotective sibling, much like Ikki, so it would be fitting for them to appear together.
    • Whilst Shinobi is from a parallel timeline, the Brachio Vistamp, which uses the powers of Zi-O, can be easily written as a reason for Shinobi entering this timeline.

Kamen Rider Evil's true Identity.
  • Daiji
    • He resents and has inferior complex towards Ikki and ep 3 hints him becoming a Rider and he might have secretly stole Evil’s Vistamp and driver.
    • Alternatively, Evil is Daiji’s inner demon given Rider form à la Vice, and the above mentioned inferiority complex is what’s driving it to attack Ikki and Vice.
      • Confirmed... Somewhat. His inner demon is actually possessing him
    • It could possibly be a case of Split-Personality Takeover as well, given the belt he uses is actually named the Two Sidriver in an article. If such were the case, and his main personality takes back control, he may become a completely different Rider. Maybe called Kamen Rider Live (the reverse of Evil).
Confirmed by the raw scans that Daiji will become Kamen Rider Live
  • Kadota
    • He resents Fenix and Yujiro for demoting him and #5's summary reveals that he is suspected as traitor.
    • The one who stole KR Evil equipment is using Kadota's ID Card.
      • Jossed, as seen above. These hints were red herrings.

Prehistoric animals

What could be the link connecting all the vistamps with prehistoric animals? Could it be meaningful and non-coincidental?

  • Who they are
    • Rex (Revice)
    • Mammoth (Den-O)
    • Megalodon (Decade)
    • Ptera (Faiz)
    • Brachio (Zi-O)
  • Possible links?
    • Probably not necessarily anniversary riders, as Den-O and Faiz aren't aniversaries, and Fourze's stamp isn't prehistoric (gorilla)
    • A common theme might be that all of these riders had something to do with time travel. Decade, Zi-O and Den-O all engaged in time travel in their respective series, whilst Faiz was a key component of Shocker's History Modifying Machine in Kamen Rider 4 and Revice's upcoming crossover with Saber also features time travel. Based on this, it is possible that Kiva, OOO and Drive may also have prehistoric animals as their theme.
    • In-universe, George likes prehistoric animals, so he associates them with his personal favorite riders.

Toei will scold the western Toku fanbase through George
Can someone explain this one to me? I'm sure there is some serious Fan Dumb going on, but what would Toei be scolding about? As a commentary on toxic nostalgia? On fan entitled (similar to No Straight Roads)?
  • I don’t know about the western fanbase specifically, but they could use George as a criticism of people who are fans of Toku for the wrong reasons, i.e. people who are fans of Kamen Rider solely for the action, violence, and gadgets without any deeper appreciation for what makes them heroes.

Revi/Vice's standard forms are based on Heisei/Reiwa Riders, Upgrade/Super/Final forms will be based on Showa Riders
Would explain why all the forms so far are Heisei based despite it being an anniversary series for the franchise as a whole. And it would make sense to give the ones that started it all more grandiose spectacle.
  • Likely Jossed. The Showa Rider Stamps are used by Demons.

Vice will eventually undergo a Heel–Face Turn
It will take a while though, and mostly revolve around Good Feels Good than anything else.

The Demons Driver works on people who don't have or lost their inner devil
The user Hiromi had his inner devil become the Rex Deadman in episode 1 who was destroyed by Revi and Vice. The driver might work by substituting the inner devil with a daemon, a multitasking background computer program.
  • But it's also shown with Kong Deadman's contract holder that people can have multiple inner demons.
    • Basically: even if they enter a Phase 2 Contract, they can still make demons, provided they have contact with the Vistamp.

George will be a Rider
  • #4 notably shows that he works out, with a fairly athletic physique as a result. It's likely a hint that he will eventually get physically involved in some way.
    • Maybe called Kamen Rider Wicked, with some mint green coloring onto the suit design.
      • Half-Jossed! It's confirmed in #28 that he becomes the third Kamen Rider Demons, and Juuga in #46.

There will be some side effect from using the Demons Driver
  • The Vistamps and Drivers this season all run on the power of demons; Revice having an awakened Vice while Evil directly siphons off Kagero. Even if Hiromi doesn't seem like he's awakened a second inner demon, it will still have done something to him to have sought more demonic energy to siphon off.
    • Confirmed in a sense. Hiromi has his body aged to an 80 year old, but it's not the driver that's giving him the side effects; rather it's the demon inside of it.

Every characters beside Ikki in this series is a representation of Seven Deadly Sins.

  • Envy : Daiji/Kagero
  • Wrath : Sakura
  • Sloth : Genta
  • Lust : George
  • Pride : Kadota
  • Greed : ???
  • Gluttony : ???
    • Sakura was more of Pride, because she used to think she was unbeatable. Daiji is Envy, and Kagero is Wrath. Kadota is an interesting case, because what he wanted all along was to be able to be his own hero since no one ever came to him when he was bullied.

Kamen Rider Live
...will make a Face–Heel Turn at some point.

  • This mostly stems from the already existing "Fenix will be Evil All Along" theories. Their design is mostly white, much like the organization, with an aggressively angelical appearance to contrast their counterpart Evil, which might be misleading on purpose.

There is going to be a Vistamp that lets Vice control Ikki/Revi by possession
It could be this series' "berserk" power up form.
  • Confirmed. The Rolling Vistamp does so and more but it is instead categorized as a "hijacking form."

Buu-san works for Fenix.
As seen in #9, Fenix has a very robust surveillance and intelligence network. This could easily explain how he's able to get his information, and why he's so tight-lipped about what his job is.
  • #26 reveals he worked for Noah, a military research organization that the Deadmans were a splinter group of.

The cost of the Demons Driver is that something's trying to get out and will, eventually
The belt strap isn't just what secures the Driver to Hiromi's waist. It's also a Power Limiter that keeps the Spider Vistamp's power under control, and possibly the other Genomix Vistamps. This isn't a concern with Revice or Evil, so perhaps the issue is that Demons is another Leangle whose systems house a creature that wasn't or can't be restrained properly through the usual means. Alternatively...

Demons has a monster form caused by the Demons Driver undergoing a systems failure, not necessarily related to a demon
The Genomixes have a noticeably visceral, almost mutagenic appearance when manifesting. If the purpose of the belt strap is to restrain the same power that gives these transformations, it's likely that its absence could lead to the creation of a Humanoid Abomination, either by the restraints naturally giving out or Hiromi spamming Genomixes and damaging the Driver in the process.

To unlock Revi/Vice's Super Mode, both Ikki and Vice must reconcile and find peace in each other.
  • At some point in the series, Ikki must make a self-assessment and ultimately accepts Vice as part of himself, and vice versa with Vice, with both finding inner peace. Upon doing so, they'll unlock the Super Mode for their Rider forms.
    • Confirmed.

After Daiji regains control of his body and becomes Kamen Rider Live…
…Ikki, taking Kagero’s words to heart, will go through a period of trying to quit being Revice in an attempt to get out of Daiji’s way. It won’t last long, maybe an episode or two, and Daiji will have to convince him to come back.
  • Confirmed but not in the way you describe. Ikki realized he didn't believe in Daiji's strength and was encouraged to believe that he could break out of Kagero's control by himself.

Kamen Rider Live's Super Form will be a Yin-Yang Bomb fusion between itself and Kamen Rider Evil's powers
  • After fully accepting Kagero as part of himself, he creates/unlocks a new bat Vistamp that embodies both aspects of himself.
    • Confirmed. In Episode 44 we get Evilyty Live Genome which involves Kagero back from the dead, and accepted by Daiji as part of himself.

Sakura's Superpowered Evil Side predictions
  • a darker version of herself like Kagero with an arrogant, vengeance-fueled personality with Knight Templar tendencies.
  • It will have a separate entity like Vice. Bonus points for having either Megumi Han, Yuko Ono (of Ulysses: Jeanne d'Arc and the Alchemist Knights fame), or Maaya Sakamoto voicing her since all of them voiced darker versions of Jeanne d'Arc.
    • Speaking of a separate entity, she will make a contract with her Deadman self where the latter will take over her body once she killed Aguilera in order to activate her vistamp.
  • Jossed: Lovekov is the manifestation of Sakura's insecurities and weakness, and unlike the others she is incapable of fighting for herself, depending on others protecting her.

Aguilera's Deadman form
Her Deadman form will be based on either of those animals:
  • Tarantula
  • Eagle
    • Unlikely since the Eagle Vistamp is already in the hands of Revice.
  • Black Widow
  • Red Panda
  • Fox
  • Viper
  • Cardinal
  • Chameleon
    • Jossed. Someone else already has it.
  • Turns out it's the Queen Bee.

Ayaka may or may not come back later on
Given that she's a Childhood Friend of Ikki and Sakura, especially with the small, swift flashbacks of Ikki having previously dated her, and with how she ended up incarcerated wearing a Fenix uniform.

Vice was born from Ikki's selfishness (or lack thereof)
The show establishes that inner demons are born from powerful human emotion. While we see how Kagero and Lovekov came to be, we never saw Vice's. In Ikki's case, we know he gave up his dream of becoming a pro-soccer player in order to support his family and the bathhouse. Additionally, people are a bit over-reliant on him (e.g Episode 5) as the self-proclaimed "number one busy body in Japan". Perhaps he secretly resents both of these deep down?
  • Jossed. Vice was born out of Ikki's desire to protect his family after Vail (possessing Genta Igarashi) burnt down Happy Spa eighteen years prior to the show. However, in return for forming a contract with Vice, his memories of what had happened were erased from Ikki's mind, while Vice remained dormant for the next eighteen years.

One of the Deadmans will have a change of heart.
And either die for it or come close to dying. My guesses are:
  • Julio: As he scouts Sakura more and keeps an eye on her while practicing karate, he will start developing feeling and hesitates to fight when she's around.
    • Alternatively his loyalty to Aguilera will cause him to turn on the others to protect her.
  • Aguilera: Will recognize that Sakura is strong enough, but won't immediately leave the Deadmans. The others will catch onto her connection with Sakura growing stronger and will intervene.
    • Alternatively her betrayal at being chosen as a sacrifice instead of as a bride will cause her to defect.
  • Both confirmed. Julio— no, Tamaki now works at Happy Spa and Aguilera— no, Hana is now a member of Weekend.

The villains' interest in Sakura will have pay-off
Present speculation is that the Libera Driver, over time, will somehow put Sakura under mind control and under the sway of the villains. It would go a way to explain why Aguilera has taken such an interest in her and has kept egging her on for several episodes, she wants a pawn to use against the other Riders. Plus, it would fit with the cobra theme as snakes are depicted in media as hypnotic to some degree.

Kagero will end up being the Butt-Monkey of the series
  • If #13 is any indication every time Kagero comes back, he will be summarily defeated due to the heroes growth in strength and power.
    • Jossed! He was defeated by Daiji and died in #26. He ain't gonna come back.
      • Doesn't mean he wasn't one up until that point.

There will be more than one villain group

The true identity of the Chameleon Deadman is...
  • Tomoyuki Harada, the convict from episode 1 whom the Deadmans took from prison transport to become the contract holder of the Mammoth Deadman. We never did learn what happened to him after the Mammoth Deadman smacked him.
  • A member of the Ushijima Family.
  • Shouzou Irabu, aka "Bu-san."
  • Jossed on everyone listed above, he was just a guy.

Aguilera will undergo a Hazy-Feel Turn and get a Rider form of her own.
  • Aguilera has been specifically set up to be a pure human, and not tied to a Deadman. Her intended purpose as being a sacrifice for Lord Giff also affects her status. So she'll possibly get a Driver of her own and become another Rider who will alternate between helping the heroes and hindering them, while also engaging in a rivalry with Sakura.
    • Confirmed with her getting a Rider form in #36, but the Hazy-Feel Turn part is jossed as she has made a full Heel–Face Turn by the point she becomes a Rider.

Kamen Rider Jeanne's ultimate form will have her merging with Lovekov.
  • As Jeanne's "Gimmick" is having Lovekov transform into the various weapons for Jeanne to use in combat, the ultimate upgrade to her abilities will likely see Lovekov become a form of additional armor or another type of Vistamp that will allow Jeanne to access her final form.
    • Confirmed in #46.

Genta is a part of Giff.
  • Humans can't live without a heart, yet Genta clearly is. Add to that the fact that the Giff "statue" is supposed to have a heartbeat...And of course, if this turns out to be accurate this bodes poorly for the siblings. In fact, what the first thing we saw when Ikki first transforms? His heart. Perhaps they too have a connection.
    • Confirmed in #25: Genta was implanted with Giff's genes in his body, thus creating his inner demon, Vail — who manifested as his heart. Giff's genes would later be carried to his children, the Igarashi siblings — hence the reason why they have inner demons of their own and become Kamen Riders.

Ushijima "Family" will be the next villain group.
  • The Ushijima "Family" has equipment to spy on the Igarashi family plus they were in episodes where two of the Igarashi siblings had problems with their drivers( Kagero taking over Daiji's body and Sakura previous inabililty to transform).
    • Jossed! See #35.

Alternatively, the Ushijima "Family" will be the actual good guys.
  • Going with the implications in #20 that the Deadmans Founder is Akaishi, it may be possible that while the Ushijimas are shady in their methods, their goals are genuinely heroic and they're fighting against some kind of corruption within Fenix, as a Homage to the Anti-Shocker Alliance.
    • Well, confirmed. In #35, Hideo Akaishi announced his plan to start a so-called "new era of humanity" under Giff — under the pretext of "preventing the destruction of mankind." This, along with the complete destruction of Fenix Skybase, means that things have changed. Fenix under Akaishi has become the main villain group of the second half of the series, and Weekend can't hide themselves anymore — it's time for them to act immediately and reveal themselves to the public.

Julio will gain a heroic form
  • Whether he will become a Kamen Rider or attain a new form, Julio will further redeem himself by using his Vistamp for good, which could either lead him to become a new Kamen Rider (maybe replacing Demons given how the Driver is weakening him) or turn back into a Deadman with a less visceral form that features a different color sceheme.
    • If he becomes a Kamen Rider, speculation is that he will become Kamen Rider Hades. Kamen Rider Diablo, perhaps?
      • Confirmed for him becoming a Rider, but Jossed on Kamen Rider Hades/Diablo; he becomes the second Over Demons in #46.

Revice will not get a berserker form
  • It will instead be reserved for Demons, allowing him to tap into the energy of the demon inside his Demons Driver to regain the life that has been drained from him, but in turn will cause him to just rampage like a vicious Gifftarian.
  • As of #22, Revice gets a highjacking form called Jack Revice. Whilst Revice does rampage in this form in #27, it is due to Giff's influence instead of the form itself.

The Demons Driver actually contains Giff's consciousness
  • In relation to how the Driver is implied to contribute to Giff's revival. And subsequently, Kenjiro Tsuda will voice Giff.
    • Jossed: Genta's inner demon, Vail, is revealed to have resided inside the Demons Driver.

Olteca is the long lost older brother of Ikki, Daiji and Sakura
  • His flashback in #20 reveals very little about him and doesn't say who his parents were or where he grew up. Thus, when he becomes Kamen Rider Demons, all four Kamen Riders will be siblings.
    • Jossed! We get to see his parents in his flashback in #27. But they're not actually Genta and Yukimi. They were portrayed by different actors.

Hiromi will return at some point as a new Rider.
  • I mean, come on. Are we really supposed to believe that he actually died? Takatora fell from a cliff too and he wound up surviving.
    • Confirmed, somewhat. He did return, as shown in DEAR GAGA, and #29, albeit having lost his memories. Jossed for the new rider, he's still Demons for now.

Hiromi will gain a new belt that causes his body to age backwards to counter the effects of the Demons Driver
Only for it to again render him too weak to fight causing him to combine both belts to balance his body.

Weekend will have their own Riders.
  • They could be mass-produced Riders using the Libera Driver (or a Palette Swap) that are Homages to the Shocker Riders, or use a new Driver that requires two Vistamps to transform as a reference to Gel-Shocker Kaijin.
    • Confirmed for the former in #36; the Week Endriver is a retooled Libera Driver made with the intention to be mass-produced, and Hana uses it to transform into Kamen Rider Aguilera.

Destroying Giff will destroy all demons as well.
  • In episode 24, it's said that demons have an inseparable relationship with Giff, so it'd be logical that destroying him would take them with him.
    • Jossed! The preview of #46 shows that the demons are still alive and well.

There will be an episode where Lovekov will share a body with Sakura.

There will be a mini-series that will cover the time period of Kamen Rider Vail's operations ~30 years before the series.
  • It would be set before or concurrent with Shin Kamen Rider: Prologue which happened in the early 1990s.
    • Confirmed with the announcement of Revice Legacy: Kamen Rider Vail. Whether there’ll be any references to Shin is anyone’s guess though.

George Karizaki's bath scene in Episode 5 was a Throw It In! moment

Vice takes off his mask
  • Vice always wears a mask whenever he doesn't transform into Kamen Rider Vice. When he transforms, the mask is nowhere to be seen (it might be implied that it's automatically taken off at some point). But, we can't see his actual mouth. So, it's certain that Vice will take off his mask at some point.
    • But considering that Vail heavily resembles Vice, sans mask, I think we all know what Vice's mouth would look like.

Tasuke will betray the Igarashi Family in order to destroy all demons.
He could be presented as a surprise antagonist who wants to eliminate Giff and all the demons by any means necessary and that would cause a conflict between the Igarashi siblings and Professor Masumi Karizaki himself.

Akaishi is Gilgamesh.
  • A few reasons:
    • He states in #34 that he's a king from the dawn of humanity before he made a contract with Giff to gain immortality, heavily implying he's an Immortality Seeker. Perhaps the events of The Epic of Gilgamesh did not actually play out as we know them, and he did find immortality from Giff.
    • In addition, his given name Hideo means "hero" or "great man", words which describe the ancient Sumerian king well.
    • To add more connections, Giff's contracts are written on tablets, resembling how The Epic of Gilgamesh was written on clay tablets.

Vice will gain a human form
Unlike other demons, Daiji's inner demon — Kagero — is the only demon who takes on the appearance of a human, in this case Daiji. While we do not know whether Kagero's true form may be, we do know one thing that it is possible that Vice will have a human form of some sort.

Hell Gifftarian will be the victim of Revice's final form debut
  • Powerful monster that no one can beat? Check. Had been introduced a few episodes before to the debut? Check. An overall intimidating foe that otherwise has no personality? Check.
    • Confirmed as of #38.

Revice's super forms uses the DNA of elementals.
Rather than ordinary animals, they use the power of supernatural creatures with elemental powers.

George's vanity will be his undoing as Juuga.
One way "Juuga" can be translated is "full self," as in "full of oneself" in contrast to "Kuuga's" "clear self" or "clear state of mind." If you pay attention to Juuga's parts list, you'll notice that its motif is not Ultimate Kuuga, but merely Amazing Kuuga. Surely a man obsessed with creating the "ultimate Rider" would know the apex of Kuuga's power is three whole tiers above Amazing (Ultimate, then Rising Ultimate, then Super Rising Ultimate), would he not?

Unless, of course, he does know, and his Mook Horror Show and use of The Worf Effect in #47 has simply pumped him so full of shit that he feels no need to go higher even though the opportunity is right there. Because this is Kamen Rider, this will eventually prove to be lights out for George once his foes figure out a way to get the upper hand.

Alternatively, because Ultimate Kuuga and beyond can end the world, George will get himself ruined trying to play it safe in the name of justice.
In other words, being a Knight Templar sucks when your high standards hold you back.

Wakabayashi is not all dead
  • Through DEAR GAGA we see Hiromi interacting with a supposed hallucination of Wakabayashi, which questions him why he is lying or for how long he will keep the facade. But one thing makes it all really odd: at night, after Hiromi learns his mother doesn't have long to live, he is drinking and Wakabayashi is drinking with him and commenting on the saké taste.
    • One issue with this theory is that Wakabayashi is shown to have disappeared from where he's sitting in the last shot of the scene, making it more probable that he's truly dead and Hiromi was just imagining them drinking saké together.

Vice makes his Face–Heel Turn to try to get himself killed
  • Vice has already admitted that Ikki's memory loss is his own fault, but it's not something he can control but rather a consequence of Ikki borrowing his power, and each time Ikki hints he forgot something more Vice reacts with great concern. And now that Ikki lost all his memories, Vice makes a Thanatos Gambit in that his own death will give Ikki his memories back, or at least prevent further memory loss. Of course, normally no one would have any reason to kill him, so he really needs to become a devil this time.
    • Confirmed... somewhat. After realizing that Ikki still considers him family, Vice cooks up a plan to stage a Face–Heel Turn with Ikki's family and friends in on it, with the intent of forcing Ikki to fight him causing a paradox that would void their contract at the cost of Vice's existence.

V-Cinext predictions
One will likely be announced right after the finale, so let's list a few possibilities.
  • A Trinity of Deep Sin style one focusing on the Igarashis and their demons.
  • Kamen Rider Destream, focused on Genta and Vail, and perhaps debuting a Destream form using the Crimson Vail Vistamp.
  • At one point I would have suggested a Daiji or Sakura focused one, but between Evilytylive, Invincible Jeanne and Girls Remix this seems less likely.
  • Deadmans, focusing on the trio being reunited post series, possibly being used for black ops. Could debut a new Rider form for Olteca.
  • Kamen Riders Demons, focusing on Hiromi, Hikaru, Tamaki and Olteca all having to work together against some threat, like humans making use of leftover Vistamps.
  • Kamen Rider Juuga, where George atones for his mistakes by using the Juuga Driver against a powerful new foe.
