  • They make a big deal of having to get their hands on Gif’s DNA so Ikki can defeat him but… doesn’t Ikki already have Gif’s DNA? They established that back when Vail debuted.
    • Cells specifically, and as pure as possible. Ikki has Giff's power, but not his direct cells like Genta does.
  • Daiji, for some baffling reason, thinks that listening to the bad guys is a good idea. ...why?
    • Daiji is now without the darker half of his soul/being/mind with the loss of Kagero. As such he's good in its purest sense...which isn't a good thing ironically. Through all of Akaishi's machinations added to Daiji's laser focus on "doing the right thing", be it fixing FENIX, or protecting the world, he now thinks it better to submit to Giff, and that he can't be bested. Kagero might have allowed him to be more reckless, or to risk it but with him gone, Daiji can't think rationally. So in short: a little darkness isn't a bad thing, kids.
    • So in other words Daiji - without Kagero - is narrow-minded and stubborn, in addition to being traumatized into a Face–Heel Turn.
  • Could there be a pattern for Bat, Cobra, Spider, Queen Bee, Hercules Beetle, Kabuto Beetle, and Kuwagata Beetle? It's known numerous Vistamps, even Juuga's, relates to a past Rider in a more direct way. But what is the relation? Maybe the DX Juuga Driver Unit and Chimera Driver holds the answer with the Rider Absorber to draw out their R-Factor (as evidenced in the DX Juuga Vistamp & Driver Unit promo with Brachio and Octopus).
    • Bat would probably parallel Ixa: both are "Holy" Riders with an obsession with their own righteousness. People have also compared it to Ryuga given the Dark Rider aspect and the Rage Against the Reflection scene.
    • Cobra closely parallels Meteor in close-quarters expertise and both being skilled martial arts fighters.
    • Spider could either be a (more obviously) nod to the Japanese Spider-Man Live Action series, or parallel to Geiz.
    • Queen Bee might be one to TheBee given their similar motifs and focus on speed-based close quarters combat.
  • Ok, but why do the Riders think sending Giff back to HIS dimension (which he has control over) is going to work?
    • Theoretically just because he controls his dimension doesn't mean he can leave it. There's plenty of cases of a being having dominion over their home worlds and trying to expand influence, but being either incapable of leaving or being sealed there. They likely had no idea he could simply pop back.
      • Thing is a couple of episodes before Giff was shown leaving/entering his dimension at will without any difficulty
