    Season 1 Confirmed Theories
Wilson Fisk will appear
Given the fact that Echo is confirmed to be in this show and one of her biggest character points is that she is the adopted daughter of the Kingpin, he’ll show up at some point to try and intervene with her connection to Hawkeye.
  • It'll be revealed that Vanessa was among the unfortunate victims of Thanos, which pretty much broke Fisk even harder than in Daredevil and he's spent the five year timeskip taking his rage out on all of his enemies that dared cross him, including Clint.
  • Confirmed with a bonus: Eleanor's in business with him.
  • His appearance will also in some way connect to Spider-Man: No Way Home, as Charlie Cox is reportedly set to reprise his role as Matt Murdock in the film. What's more, Fisk's rumored episode debut is set to line up exceptionally nicely with No Way Home's theater date.

Kate Bishop is inspired by “Ronin” because he saved her life.
As it is in the comics, Clint saved Kate’s life during the 5 year stint between snaps which inspired her to take up the Ronin mantle and fight crime. Clint will initially try to persuade her otherwise partially because his old enemies will be gunning for her and partially because it’s an Old Shame for him.
  • Partially Confirmed and Jossed; Kate wasn't inspired by Ronin, but rather when Clint as Hawkeye saved her during the Battle of New York in 2012.

Echo will initially go after Clint.
She will blame Clint for killing her father but it will be revealed that Vera Fermiga’s character was responsible.
  • Half-Confirmed: Echo was an antagonist for most of the series, but it's likelier that Kingpin was the one responsible behind it all.

Hawkeye's deafness is a recent development.
Since he was never shown to have hearing troubles before, assuming it's not a retcon, it's likely it's something that developed either over the course of the time skip or after Endgame.
  • Perhaps Clint's beginning to lose his hearing after that explosion he was in during Endgame's climax. This show will give us a Surprisingly Realistic Outcome in that being incredibly close to, or being caught in large, loud events can permanently damage your hearing.
  • More or less confirmed.

There is a toss-up for Kate Bishop being (at least initially) a low-key Loony Fan or Yandere, before Character Development kicks in when she realizes how out-of-depth she might actually be.
However well-skilled and chipper Kate's personality is as shown in the trailer, there has to be some reason why Kate has turned into being a vigilante in Clint's vein (and choosing, of all things, to don the Ronin outfit instead of other things, even his regular Hawkeye look). Much like what was discussed between Natasha and Yelena, Kate may have been inspired by Clint's being a Badass Normal and uses it to process certain issues she's dealing with. Otherwise, she just happened to be a very enthusiastic fan out of her depth, akin to the copycat Batmen in The Dark Knight.
  • Kind of in the Loony Fan field - she was inspired by Hawkeye killing Chitauri outside his house. But the Ronin part is just because the costume just happened to be there (and it seems the public at large doesn't know Clint was him).

Eleanor Bishop and the Swordsman are in a relationship.
A few set photos looked like the two were a bit cozy. In the series, they will not only be in cahoots but they’ll be lovers as well. Perhaps Swordsman is even Kate’s father in addition to being Clint’s mentor?
  • Confirmed in that they are in a relationship, although he is not Clint's mentor and not Kate's biological father.

A flashback of Yelena will be shown
Given that she was shown in her Black Widow outfit, it is likely that episode five, will take place before or during the events of the Blip.
  • Confirmed: This is, in fact, the Cold Open of Episode 5.

Yelena will reveal to Clint why she was sent to kill him
Given that Clint is unaware of why Yelena was sent to kill him, Yelena will reveal during the episode that she was sent to kill him for “killing” Natasha.
  • She has not yet revealed it to Clint himself, but Yelena has admitted to it to Kate, who subsequently passed it on. And when she finally comes comes face to face, she makes clear he's her mark.

Eleanor called Yelena to assassinate Clint.
Eleanor was trying to get on a call with someone soon after Clint left her penthouse. It was most likely Yelena or possibly Valentina she was calling to pinpoint Clint's location.
  • Confirmed at the end of Episode 5.

Kingpin will betray Eleanor
If the trailer for episode 6 is any indication, it will be possible that Kingpin will betray Eleanor, given that she is shown to have a shocked expression on her face.
  • Confirmed. Well, sort of. He targets her after she tries to sever ties with him, so it's more like "revenge", at least from his perspective.

Eleanor will have a Heel–Face Turn
Once she has a My God, What Have I Done? moment when King betrays her, she will redeem herself by apologizing to her daughter, Kate, given that she does have care for her as she comforted her. It is possible then once she realizes the error of her ways, she will be helping her daughter during the battle.
  • Kind of - she attacks Kingpin to save Kate. But that is too little, too late and she's still arrested.

The final episode will end with Clint inviting Kate to join him and his family for a Christmas dinner
With the scene set to "The Christmas Song" or "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas".
  • Confirmed, aside from soundtrack.

The show will have a post-credits scene to set up the Echo series
Since Echo is already being developed for Disney+, the character will survive the events of the show and the end credits scene will tease her next adventure.
  • If it turns out Kingpin won't play a major role in Hawkeye, this could be where he can make an appearance to set up him being the Big Bad of Echo.
  • Kinda in Maya's last scene - whether she shot Wilson is up for her show to answer.

Kate's dynamic with her parents will be flipped from the comics.
Kate's father is initially the eviler and less liked parent in the comics. In the show, Adaptational Villainy will apply to Eleanor Bishop. She'll be the one involved in shady, organized crime shenanigans which will have gotten Kate's nicer and more innocent dad killed before the series takes place.
  • Kind of. Kate's father dies as collateral damage of the Battle of New York. He did owe the Kingpin money, but Eleanor still seems like the worse of the two, as she uses that for an extensive work relationship with Wilson.

Clint will show sympathy towards Yelena
Even if Yelena is going to hunt him down to kill him, Clint will show sympathy to her by telling her that he missed Natasha too. and will reveal to her that he didn't kill her.
  • Confirmed, but Yelena takes a while to believe him.

Yelena will have a Heel–Face Turn
She was only sent by Valentina to kill Clint since she does care and miss Natasha. If Clint tells her that he didn't kill her, but sacrificed herself to save the world, she will have a My God, What Have I Done? Moment, where she will redeem herself, while apologizing to Clint for attempting to kill him, and will help Clint and Kate while on the run.
  • Confirmed.

Ronin killed Echo's father, who was a hitman.
That's why Echo is interested in capturing Ronin.
  • Confirmed.

There will be a Ship Tease of Kate and Yelena
  • Kind of - they don't become friends, but it's clear they're bound to be besties ("Stop making me like you!")
There will be a Ship Tease of Echo and Kate
  • Kind of - she acknowledges him as "a hot guy who talks in ASL".
There will be a Ship Tease of Echo and Kazi
Actually...sort of confirmed, maybe? Echo tries to urge Kazi to leave the Kingpin's employ and run away with her, only for him to reject the idea and force her to fight him, during which reveals he actually resents her. While her feelings could easily be read as having been platonic in nature, it does suggests she was open to the idea until that point.

Echo's 'Uncle' is Wilson Fisk
  • Confirmed

The Rolex belonged to Laura Barton, who will be revealed to be a former agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Clint mentions that the Rolex is tied to its former owner's identity, and that their cover will be blown if the Tracksuit Mafia has it. Maya turns out to have both the Rolex, and a list of Clint's family members (who, mind you, were supposed to be completely off the record).

On top of this, Laura not only seems to be aware of the Rolex's existence, but also has a way to track its location, and is revealed to know German. This would explain why Clint is so open with her about his work, and why Laura and Natasha were so close.

  • Confirmed. While some of the specifics about it are left unsaid, it's confirmed to be Laura's from her time in S.H.I.E.L.D.

    Jossed Theories
Clint will be Mistaken for Cheating
He left his family for unrevealed reasons during a holiday and is running around with a much younger woman.
  • Seemingly averted as of Episode 2 - his wife is aware of why he's still in New York (to tie up Ronin loose threads), based on their phone call. And he keeps in touch. And brings Kate home.

Laura dumped Clint at some point offscreen
Granted, there's only so much to glean from the trailer, but there's no sign of Linda Cardellini in any of the press material. She may have learned about Clint's life of crime during the five missing years and, horrified, divorced him. That's why Clint is so hell-bent on giving his kids a decent Christmas — it's one of the few times he can legally spend time with them.
  • On the one hand, Clint is seen saying "hey, babe" to somebody on the phone at one point - but on the other, he's taking his kids out to dinner on their own, so this could go either way.
  • Laura divorcing Clint would also give him more of a reason to try to atone for his sins as Ronin. Having his family leave him would give Hawkeye a viable reason to reemerge in the superhero world without adding extra stress.
  • Cardellini is in the "Change of Plans" TV spot. Doesn't rule out a split, though.
  • Jossed, they are still together.

Echo's father will NOT be killed off
Zahn McClarnon is a talented actor, and giving him such a bit part where he's only here to kickstart Maya's tragic backstory would be a colossal waste. Besides, we already know that Disney is looking to launch an Echo series after the character is set up here, and this allows them to introduce part of her supporting cast early. Of course, excising the Death by Origin Story is going to mean Echo needs a revised origin story, but in a franchise like this, there are plenty of options for her to develop her skills and eventually take up super-heroics.
  • Conversely, Maya’s dad will be alive for most of the series and get killed off toward the end in order to set up Echo’s series.
  • And if that's the case, he'll still appear in flashbacks, to before the events of Hawkeye.
  • Jossed. The third episode shows that he was killed by Ronin, but the character could very well return in other flashback scenes.

Ronin didn't kill Echo's father.
Both the audience and Echo see Clint as Ronin tearing his way through the goons in the warehouse. By the time she gets in, her dad is critically wounded....but we never actually see Clint attack him. While the assumption that he was one of the many victims is logical, consider that we don't know everything. Echo's comic's origin is that the Kingpin tricked her into believing that Daredevil killed her dad (when it was actually Fisk himself who was responsible), so we can't ignore the possibility that Clint never even touched her father. Maybe something happened before he even got there, and Maya's dad was already dying when Clint began his rampage, and her uncle (who many think might actually be Fisk) just took advantage of the situation and said Ronin did it.
  • Alternately, the Ronin that killed her father was one of the copycats. Good money's on MCU Bullseye.
  • All jossed as of episode 5. The only new reveal is that Maya's father had been served up by the uncle.

The last episode will have the word "bro" somewhere in its title
The last episodes of both The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and Loki were both titled after the villains' catchphrases. The last episode of Hawkeye having "bro" in its title would both continue this pattern and cement the show's Lighter and Softer status.
  • Jossed. Maybe if there's a season 2?

The final episode will feature a reference, if not an outright cameo, to Daredevil
Probably a reference more likely, since we already got a cameo by Matt Murdock in No Way Home. If we see Clint and Kate confronting Kingpin, Wilson will mention a few vigilantes like them that have faced him before. This can also be interpreted as a reference to Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and The Punisher.
  • Jossed.

Spider-Man will appear in the Season Finale to help Hawkeye and Kate
Given that he was shown to be going to the same ice rink that is shown in the episode, it is implied that he will be helping Hawkeye and Bishop on fighting the criminals.
  • Jossed. He doesn't appear.

Daredevil will appear in the finale
Given his cameo in No Way Home, he’s clearly still in town, if word gets out his old enemy the Kingpin has resurfaced (assuming he doesn’t already know) he will suit up to try and take him down himself. we’ll also get some word on what he, and possibly Foggy and Karen, have been up to since the Blip.
  • Jossed. He doesn't appear.

There will be a Sequel Hook in the Season Finale
While episode 6 will be a Season Finale of the first season, it is implied that there will be possible Sequel-Hooks that might happen in the season finale.
  • It will set up a spin-off series, focusing on Echo, where it will have the series focused on her.
    • Downplayed. The last we see of Maya is when she's heavily implied to be shooting down the Kingpin. Since Echo has already been confirmed to be being made, we'll presumably see what happened for sure in that.
  • It will set up spin-off series, focusing on Yelena Belova.
    • Jossed. Yelena doesn’t show up again after her talk with Clint.
  • It will end up with a Season 2 reveal after the end credits.
    • Possibly jossed. The finalevends right before Clint makes his suggestion for Kate’s superhero name, but there’s nothing implying a season 2 will eventually come.

Kate and Yelena will becomes Fire-Forged Friends by the end of the show
At first, Yelena is trying to kill Clint for the death of Natasha while Kate tries to stop her from succeeding in killing Barton but like Clint and Natasha, they will eventually bond with each other and becomes good friends with each other by the end of the show.
  • In the show itself, it doesn't happen. But it's clear in their Friendly Enemy interactions they're made for each other like Clint and Natasha.

We will see Clint’s origins.
The series will show periodic flashbacks to Clint’s time with his brother, being trained by the Swordsman, etc.
  • Adding to this, if they have Clint being in a circus at some point in his life like in the comics, a version of his classic costume is going to be his stage uniform.
  • Mostly Jossed, as the Swordsman is unrelated to him. Flashback scenes with young Clint were allegedly filmed, but cut from the series

We will see Clint Barton's parents in a flashback.
In Avengers: Endgame, when Clint and Natasha arrive at Vormir, they meet Red Skull, he greeted them and addressed Clint as the "Son of Edith" and not as "Son of Harold", he already called Thanos, Gamora and Natasha the children of their respective father, It is probably because in the comics, Harold Barton was an abusive and alcoholic father, perhaps in the Hawkeye series, we see a flashback to a young Clint being abused by his abusive father, a young Clint would always be protected and loved by his loving mother Edith, and Clint would hate his father Harold for all the abuse he suffered, perhaps sometime during Clint's childhood or adolescence, his parents would die in a car accident (perhaps caused by alcoholic Harold Barton), Clint would attend the funeral but he would only attend his mother's funeral and not his father's, because Clint still hated his abusive father, Clint would always fondly remember his mother and not his father, a reason why Red Skull called Clint on his mother's name and not his father's, perhaps because he knew that the name of his father wouldn't be worth mentioning.
  • This wound up as Jossed, but Edith was going to originally appear with a young Clint in a Flashback. However, the scene was cut from the final product.

Barney Barton will be alluded to
  • Jossed.

Hailee Steinfeld contributes a Christmas song to the soundtrack
One thing the MCU never really had - a Breakaway Pop Hit (at most there is "All the Stars" from Black Panther (2018), plus all the Revival by Commercialization from the Guardians of the Galaxy). Bonus points if we hear a terrible karaoke rendition during the show.
  • Jossed, even if ends in a song... from Rogers: The Musical.

Bobbi Morse will appear
If the above theory about Clint and Laura is true, then perhaps it is Bobbi he says “hey babe” to on the phone instead. They were married in the comics, with his deafness originally being self-inflicted in order to not harm her.
  • Jossed... but Laura was a SHIELD agent with Mockingbird's number from the comics, so there are connections.

The Tracksuit Mafia will be revealed to have a connection to Kurt Goreshter
Either he’s a former member or he’s related to one of them.
  • Jossed.

Clint killed a dictator in the past.
In the comics, many villains went to an auction concerning a tape of Clint supposedly killing a dictator (it was doctored). The trailer shows men in suits at an auction, so it’s possible something similar is happening. The twist: the MCU version of Clint actually did kill a dictator while he was Ronin. This is also why Val sent Yelena after Clint during The Stinger of Black Widow. Some people in the American government were not happy for whatever reason and had Val take care of the situation.
  • Jossed... though such a death being caused by Clint is possible.
Yelena will alude to Clint about whatever Valentina has planned
After initial misunderstandings, Yelena will become an ally to Clint and Kate. She'll then tell them about Valentina, aluding to some bigger plans by her. As Marvel probably won't reveal whatever is planned so soon, it will just be a small tease.
  • Jossed, she doesn't reveal her connections.

Kate’s mom is Madame Masque
The two will end up being a Composite Character.
  • Jossed.

Yelena will be easily convinced that Clint wasn't responsible for Natasha's death.
Yelena may be young and naïve, but she's not stupid. She knows who Clint is and how much he meant to Natasha. She clearly doesn't like Valentina given her interaction with her in The Stinger for Black Widow. I think she's going to Clint to find out what really happened. Or her grief is causing her to believe Valentina, which is why she tries to kill him. Clint, who knows everything about Natasha, will know who Yelena is. If not what she looks like, then by her mentioning her sister. After a brief scuffle, he'll calm her down, and explain what really happened.
  • Jossed in that it wasn't easy.

Yelena will appear in the Season finale
When she encounters Clint and Kate, she will reveal to one of them that she was sent by Valentina to kill him
  • Alternately in keeping with the fourth episode twist tendency that's when she will appear, specifically at the end of the episode joining the cast as a guest star for the final third of the show.
  • Jossed, she appears in episode 4, so the alternate was right.

Kate will sympathize with Yelena
Given that she had lost her father, she will forgive Yelena and may be likely telling Yelena that Clint wasn’t the one responsible for “killing” Clint.
  • Jossed - but it's clear they have the potential to be friends.

Kate's father is still alive, and running the "family business" from the grave.
Eleanor may or may not be aware of this. He was the one who killed Armand, or at least commissioned someone to do it on his behalf.
  • Jossed.

Eleanor killed her husband during the Battle of New York.
In the beginning of the episode, Kate's parents are arguing about their financial issues... or maybe something shadier. When the invasion starts, younger Kate is calling for parents and looking everywhere for them, yet neither is seen until Eleanor finds her watching Hawkeye from the hole in their house. It can be possible that Eleanor used the invasion as an opportunity to kill Derek herself to inherit his fortune, which is how she became wealthy in the years to come. When Kate desperately asks where her father was, Eleanor ignores her and runs her to safety when the deed was done, and she did seem a little shaken during the funeral, and not just from watching aliens attack her home.

If Eleanor could potentially be the secret Big Bad of the series, her being revealed as Evil All Along and gloating about what really happened during the invasion would be a wake-up call for Kate.

  • Jossed. But the financial issues are what drove Eleanor to villainy.

Echo will adopt her handprint Facial Markings in the last episode.
Just in time for her spinoff.
  • Jossed.

Kazi will survive the show, pull a Heel–Face Turn, and become part of the cast for Echo's spinoff series
  • Jossed, Echo kills him.

Yelena will cross paths with the Echo, bringing photographic evidence that Clint Barton was Ronin.
Because Ronin killed her father Echo will pummel Clint.
  • jossed, Clint himself reveals it.

Santa Claus will appear.
It's a Christmas miniseries in the Fantasy Kitchen Sink of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Why not?
  • Alternately, Santa turns out to be a Skrull, and a cameo by a known comedian. Good money's on Joel McHale (one of the few stars of Community yet to appear in the MCU)
  • Jossed. While we did get a fat guy in a red and white suit, it most certainly wasn't the Jolly one.

The Rolex belongs to Jack
He was a fellow S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who helped train Clint who kept his watch as a reminder of their friendship, and is currently working to infiltrate some sort of criminal conspiracy. When Clint encountered him at the Bishop household, he realized what Jack was doing and pretended not to know him, and then sent Kate to retrieve the watch to help him keep his cover.
  • Jossed. It's Laura's.

Kate's aunt finally appears in the last episode
It's Taissa Farmiga in a cameo, just in time to see what Kate did with her apartment, and replicating the WTF ending from the Spider-Man movies.
  • Jossed.

Alternately, the final scene lines up with Spider-Man: No Way Home
Just as Clint and Kate have resolved everything, multiverse shenanigans.
  • Jossed. After the events in New York are said and done with, Clint is finally able to get home for Christmas like he wanted. Kate even comes along.

Yelena will have a Heel–Face Turn, defect Valentina, become partners with Kate Bishop.
Well, no one can replace the original Hawkeye and Black Widow, but they could at least honor them by carrying on their legacy.
  • Sort of. Yelena forgives Clint after he reveals the truth of Natasha's sacrifice, but she leaves after that.

Maya committs suicide not long after she's forced to kill Kazi.
  • As she has nowhere to go having been raised in crime, there's no way she'll be willing to keep going if she ends up in jail. Her upcoming series will instead focus on the last year or two of her life helping Kingpin lead the Tracksuit Mafia.

    On-going Theories
Marvel is laying the groundwork for Pet Avengers
  • Ant-Man's ants, Goose in Captain Marvel, Frog Thor and Alligator Loki in Loki, Morris in Shang-Chi, and now Lucky here. Plus Yelena's set to show up and with any luck she'll bring along her dog Fanny. Marvel's been bringing in a lot of animal sidekicks in the past few projects. If nothing else, it would make for a fun episode of What If.

The circus Clint joined as a kid will be based on the Jim Rose Circus
We will get flashbacks to Clint’s time in a circus and it will have a time appropriate look.
  • There are no flashbacks, but who knows?

Echo only recently took over the Tracksuit Mafia
And it's only just part of a larger goal of hers that involves her father and her troubled past, rather than her genuinely wanting to lead a gang of a bunch of weird "bros".

Ant-Man being at the Battle of New York is an in-universe WMG
Scott was technically never an Avenger until Endgame, but showed up in the in-fighting in Germany and at the final battle. Once he became public knowledge, people likely guessed that he’d always been with the team, just really small and kept secret to avoid people from developing countermeasures, especially after Cap and Natasha dumped all of SHIELD’s secrets, probably including stuff about Pym’s missions. There are probably conspiracy pictures and videos on YouTube trying to “find” him during New York, Sokovia, and other missions.
  • Ms. Marvel (2022) reveals that Scott has been using a Podcast to tell the public about what happened behind the scenes with the Avengers. It's quite possible that Scott exaggerated his role or the public misunderstood him. Technically, Scott was at the Battle of New York via Time Travel.
S.H.I.E.L.D. had an awesome pension plan
At no time is Clint or his family implied to be in any of the financial difficulties that Sam Wilson was shown to face in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. The reason for this is that while Sam was an Avenger, he never worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. (which was publicly disbanded during all of his tenure), which implies that the resources Clint has for a house, constantly remodeling said house, spending time in NYC with the kids at a very nice hotel, etc., all come from his time with S.H.I.E.L.D. It would be in character for Nick Fury to make damn sure that his people, specially his top agents, were very well taken care off.
  • Alternatively, SHIELD wet-works agents were allowed to benefit from insider trading. Like if someone was going to go after some corrupt businessman or an official of a banana republic, they wouldn’t be barred from investing in an opposing stock.

Or... the real reason Jack has been muddling all the well-known phrases...
...is because he's a foreign operative, trained like a Black Widow-like Tyke Bomb, probably even a Manchurian Agent to better keep the facade.

All the Defenders were dusted during the Blip
This show indicates that Wilson Fisk was active during the 5 years of the Blip, and has grown into a threat that gives even an Avengers pause. Knowing that Spider-man was gone from NYC during that time period, and that the Ronin felt the need to personally intervene to curtail his activities, it can be inferred that none of the Defenders were active in NYC during those years to check his rise to power.
  • This could extend to most of the Marvel Television-era shows as well (with the exception of Helstrom, which is in an alternate universe, and Agent Carter, for obvious reasons), explaining in-universe why Team Coulson, Ghost Rider, Cloak & Dagger, the Runaways or even the Inhumans didn't help out in the final battle against Thanos.

Eleanor is encouraging Kate to become a hero so she can join Valentina's team.
It would be the only reason Eleanor is now okay with Kate training herself because she has potential to be a part of the Dark Avengers or the Thunderbolts, along with Yelena Belova and John Walker. However, what Eleanor didn't expect was Kate actually being mentored by THE Clint Barton she idolized for years. Kate, now knowing her mother's shady nature, would turn down Valentina's "request" to join her team, not wanting to be owned by high officials.

Kingpin is still alive, albeit injured
He has shown his super durability multiple times throughout the finale, such as when he shrugged off an arrow to the chest from Kate, so it'd make sense for him to appear in either Echo's show or maybe even a future movie with a few scars from Echo trying to shoot him. Plus, imagine the cries of They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character if Fisk really was Killed Off for Real after being hyped up so much as the return of the Marvel Television shows.
  • A current rumor, is that a scene(or post credit scene) was filmed revealing that Fisk did survive the shooting. The scene was allegedly reminiscent to the Comics, where Fisk is seen recoving with a bandage over HIS EYES, with Echo blinding him. This rumor does hold some weight, as Echo did fire 2 shots.

Laura Barton is actually Bobbi Morse under a pseudonym and with a Photostatic Veil

Fisk took the Super-Soldier serum
While he is strong in Daredevil (2015), here we see him rip a car door off its hinges and manhandle Kate like she was a rag doll. He’s also somehow powerful enough that a founding member of the Avengers fears him. This same founding member of the Avengers who made entire organized crime rings, like the one Fisk is in charge of disappear during the Blip. Perhaps Clint tried to take out Kingpin and quickly realized he simply wasn’t capable of doing it alone. This would also help explain his insane durability and possibly survival come the Echo series.
  • Bonus points if he entered the super soldier program by way of the US Marines.

Related to the above: Fisk got his dose of Super Serum from the Power Broker, i.e. Sharon
If only to hammer home how much Sharon's pretty much disposed of any admiration for Steve, letting it empower one of the people least like him would be pretty much consistent.

The followup series involves the establishment of a new subteam of heroes.
Kate Bishop is joined by Yelena, Jack Duquesne, Alexei and the LARPers. Eventually they're visited by Matt Murdock, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Danny Rand...
  • Alternatively, they could be founding a new Avengers—there's already a new Captain America, a new Hawkeye, and a new Black Widow. And as of Love and Thunder and She-Hulk we've got a new Thor and a new Hulk, as well.

Laura Barton is the original Mockingbird and passed on her title to Bobbi Morse after her retirement and marrying Clint
If fans still want to stick with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. being canon to the MCU. Laura might've been friends with Bobbi and the reason why Bobbi never mentioned her to the other agents was because she wanted her to live a normal life before she had to defect herself.

Laura was Agent 13 and not Mockingbird.
  • A Mythology Gag and Bobbi as well as Agents of SHIELD can remain canon.
  • Possibly jossed as of episode 6. Clint recovers the watch from the auction and gives it to Laura, who turns it over to reveal the backing has the SHIELD logo with the number 19. Based on the comics, this may be a reference to one of Mockingbird's aliases, Agent 19. However, given that Bobbi was not referred to as Agent 19 in Agents of SHIELD, it can be open ended enough that either numbers could be shared or inherited in SHIELD, or it could just be a mythology reference unless this plot thread is expanded on.
    • That was the point of the WMG, she wasn’t Mockingbird and only had an agent number so it means that Agents of SHIELD Bobbi would not be decanonised and could still exist as Decomposite Character is a thing.

Maya meeting and shooting Fisk will be shown in the first episode of her upcoming series.
It might not be the very first scene, but it would still reveal whether or not she killed Fisk.

If Echo is an Immediate Sequel to Hawkeye, then it’ll take place during the days leading up to New Year’s Day.
To naturally follow up on Hawkeye being set during the Christmas season. Bonus points if Maya ends up taking down the Big Bad (possibly Fisk) just as the clock strikes twelve.

Katy joined the LARPers while visiting New York.
After the events of Shang-Chi, Shang occasionally visited New York to meet with Wong, who has been instructing him on the use of the Ten Rings. Katy tagged along and ended up hooking up with the LARPers where she got to show off her skill as an archer. She also joined a LARP group in her native San Francisco. One time she and Kate Bishop squared off in an archery tournament. Kate won easily, but was impressed by Katy's skill and offered her some pointers.

Vanessa Got Blipped
After Fisk accepted his deal with Daredevil, Vanessa was snapped and as such Daredevil no longer had any leverage.

There will be a Spin-Off series of Yelena and Kate
Well, the two did appear to be a nice duo that bonded while complimenting each other, there will likely be a series focusing on them.

Kate and Yelena will become friends
Despite being on opposite sides in Hawkeye, they have appeared to be getting along easily, such as complementing each other while bonding. It might imply that the two will likely become friends in the future since Yelena now accepted the truth of her sister’s sacrifice.

Derek Bishop will reappear again in the MCU. Either in flashbacks, as a multiverse variant or his death will be revealed to have been a complete hoax
It seems odd that three time Tony nominated actor, Brian d'Arcy James was brought in for only one episode (let alone just one scene) and was immediately written out. And despite being unnecessary, the actor was also "de-aged" for the scene. Is it possible, that he is still alive like Janet Van Dyne? Maybe he faked his death to hide from Fisk, but in a cowardly or deliberate move, he did NOT tell Elinor his plan! Another possiblility, is that Derek will appear in flashbacks in "Echo" or in an episode of "What If...", where Derek survived, but Elinor did not.
