A cute but naughty dinosaur. The youngest of the group and Pororo's best friend. He often causes some trouble between others, but he still cares about everyone nonetheless.

  • Aesop Amnesia: Commonly forgets not to cause problems for his friends.
  • Bratty Half-Pint: Is quite the troublemaker.
  • Big Eater: Downplayed, as he does eat a lot, but does have the capability to get sick if he eats too much.
  • Costume Evolution: He was naked in the first two seasons. However, in season 3 onwards, he wears a blue suit and a red bandana.
  • Dumb Dinos: Averted. While he can only say names, he is otherwise functional among the cast.
  • Funny Animal: An anthropomorphic dinosaur.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He's rude, naughty, and greedy, but when it comes down to the point he's a kind guy.
  • Pokémon Speak: Can only say "Crong, Crong!" Subverted as he is also able to say Pororo's name too. He can also make throaty sighing noises.
  • Potty Emergency:
    • "Crong Goes Number Two" revolves completely around this. He gets terribly constipated when eating too much meat, and he does not want people to know he has to poop. He does make it at the end.
    • He also gets diarrhea in "Stomach Ache."
  • Potty Failure: The episode "I Am Not A Bedwetter" has him wetting the bed.
  • Vitriolic Best Buds: With Pororo, since they're often at each other's throats, but they usually make up in the end.

Voiced by Ham Soo-Jeong (Korean)

Eddy the fennec fox is the smartest of his friends and a gadget genius. Sometimes a plot point is one of his inventions going wrong and causing trouble.

  • Bungling Inventor: His inventions often malfunction or do things they aren't programmed to, much to his chagrin.
  • Butt-Monkey: If his inventions backfire on him, he'll usually be the first victim.
  • Costume Evolution: The first two seasons had him naked, but as of season 3 he wears overalls.
  • Cunning Like a Fox: He is the smartest of the characters.
  • Ditzy Genius: He may be a skilled inventor, but his ideas for them tend to make his inventions malfunction.
  • Funny Animal: An anthropomorphic fox.
  • Misplaced Wildlife: He's a desert animal who lives in the same snowy village as his friends.
  • The Smart Guy: The brains of the gang.
  • Super Drowning Skills: A terrible swimmer, as shown in "Learning How To Swim" and "Rody's Wish". He's so afraid of water, he invented a scuba-diving suit before he could dive in.

Pororo's crush. Petty is rather tomboyish but very sweet. She seems to admire Pororo and thinks of him a bit more than a friend.

Harry

Voiced by Kim Seo-Yong

Harry is a young pink hummingbird. He is small, but don't think he's a pushover. Harry is a massive Mood-Swinger and very emotional. He likes singing, but unfortunately, he is an awful singer.

Characters introduced in the third season

Rody

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/5a9fc0719fc609199d0ff171.png

Eddy invents him in Season 3. Rody is a bit clumsy but very loyal to everybody.

  • No Biological Sex: Even though he is said to be male, he is a robot, so technically he isn't either.
  • Robot Buddy: Was built by Eddy to be his friend.
  • Tears of Joy: When he temporarily came to life in "Rody's Wish", he cries happy tears when he's overjoyed to find out Eddy didn't drown.
  • Vocal Evolution: In season 3, his voice was more deep and robotic, but by season 4 his voice is less robotic and more girly sounding.
  • Undying Loyalty: Is possibly the most loyal robot you'll ever come across.

Tong Tong

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/pororo_crong_png_3.png

A magical dragon. Tong Tong has the power to grow and do magical things by saying "Guriguri Tongtong", (or in season 4, "Izzy Wizzy Let's Get Busy!"). A plot point in certain episodes is when his magic backfires on him.

  • Benevolent Genie: Does magic to grant his friends' wishes, and is a polite dragon.
  • Catchphrase: "Guri guri Tongtong!"note  in season 3, and since season 4, "Izzy wizzy let's get busy!"
  • Dragon Rider: Sometimes the friends are seen riding on top of him.
  • Inept Mage: His magic spells tend to backfire on him.
  • Our Dragons Are Different: He's a dragon, and one of the good guys.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: Gives this to Tu Tu after he attacks him in "Nice To Meet you Tu Tu".

Popo And Pipi

Two aliens. They are brother and sister twins, but they are opposites of each other.

     Movie exclusive characters

Anchors Nouri and Noori

Voiced by: Kwang Ju Jeon and Jang Won Lee (Korean), ??? and Wayne Grayson (English, export dub), Jay Mohr and Jerry Trainor (English, Simka dub)

They are two duck announcers and sportscasters that appeared in the movie Pororo: The Racing Adventure.

  • Deadpan Snarker: Noori is quite the snarky one in the Simka dub.
  • Dub Name Change: In the Simka dub, their names were changed from Nouri and Noori to Chip Quackers and Walter Featherbottom.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Noori in the second English dub. He's snarky, cynical, and mocked Pororo's team at the beginning of the race, but deep down he does care about Team Pororo and depended on them to win the race against Fufu.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: After the White Tigers were defeated by Fufu's team, Noori has had enough and packed up his suitcase, attempting to quit his career in fear of the bears winning the race.
  • Those Two Guys: Just like most of the other characters in this film, there are never shown without each other.
