• Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: "Pig Pororo". We never find out who the heck was that bright pink light that turned Pororo into a pig, but hey, we needed Pororo to learn a lesson about not playing cruel pranks on everyone.
• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: The series is loved in other Asian countries (especially the Philippines where the English Dub airs on other Networks located there and surprisingly, Japan along with China) and parts of Europe, such as the Netherlands.
  • In Chinese social media, Loopy (or Zanmang Loopy, roughly hilarious and charmingly sassy Loopy in English) is seen as a Movement Mascot of sorts since The New '20s, representing China's overworked labor force.
• Heartwarming Moments: When Pororo and Crong get into a dispute in "It's My Toy", Crong wanders off, and they both are stricken with worry over each other. They both share a heartfelt moment together when they finally find each other and embrace.
• Jerkass Woobie: Crong in "Stomach Ache". It may have been selfish of him to eat all of Pororo's fish, but you may feel bad for him when he is left unable to eat anything he likes. Thankfully, he gets better.

• Periphery Demographic: The series is designed for preschoolers but enjoyed by pretty much everyone in South Korea for different reasons.
• Viewer Gender Confusion: Harry could easily be mistaken for a girl because of his feminine voice, plus his feathers are pink.
