Kick-Ass vs. Izuku Midoriya

- Badass Normal: Due to coming from the "real world", Kick-Ass lacks any superpowers, yet firmly believes that he could beat Deku in a straight-up fight even without his nightstick. However, Deku states that Kick-Ass does likely have a Quirk, one that increases his hormones due to the amount of sexual daydreams he has.
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: His very last line is about changing the title of the battle to "my wetsuit vs. [Deku's] self-pity tears".
- Disappeared Dad: As a rebuttal to the line about his dad, Midoriya points out that Kick-Ass' own father was assassinated.
- Hypocrite: Mocks Izuku for being born without a Quirk, but Izuku points out that he also started off as a normal guy wanting to become a superhero despite lacking superpowers.
- Teeny Weenie: Midoriya calls Kick-Ass' nightstick "not Plus Ultra!"
- You Need to Get Laid: After the aforementioned "dick joke", Kick-Ass retorts that despite Ochaco Uraraka's gravity manipulation powers, he "still can't go down!"

- Badass Boast: Drops quite the impressive one near the start of his first verse: "So let me take the shots, but you won't need your vest 'Cause even if you're juiced on speed, you couldn't match my 5 percent!"
- Groin Attack: Threatens to use Detroit Smash on Kick-Ass' privates.
- Hero-Worshipper: Deku loves heroes in general, but has an especial fondness for his idol/mentor, All Might. Kick-Ass mocks it, calling Deku's worship creepy and compares it to the infamous Boku No Pico.
- Hypocrite: Chastises Kick-Ass for his overuse of "cheap jokes and violence", and yet Deku's very next line has him threaten a Groin Attack, and he ends off his verse on a dick joke.
- Momma's Boy: Kick-Ass delivers a diss about Izuku and his relationship with his mom, even using this trope by name.

- Evil Laugh: He does one before starting his first verse, then again at the end of the battle.
- The Cameo: He briefly appears in Caroline vs. Alice in Wonderland as Alice sings a Shout-Out to It.
- Overly Narrow Superlative: Freddy jokes that Pennywise's sequel wasn't even the best clown-related movie to be released in late 2019.
- Pædo Hunt: He brings up Freddy's history as a sexual predator.

- Boring Insult: A rather subtle and clever one. Freddy says that Pennywise is helping him kill people by having them read It.
- Chekhov's Gunman: He was mentioned by Mr. Bear in the very first episode of the series.
- Evil Has a Bad Sense of Humor: Freddy jokes about Tim Curry needing a wheelchair.
- Facial Horror: Pennywise makes a few cracks about Freddy's disfigured face.
- Foreshadowing: Freddy indirectly alludes to The Joker by saying he's better than Pennywise. The Joker appears in the next battle.
- This Is for Emphasis, Bitch!: "It's prime time for a rap battle, bitch!"

Alexander Hamilton vs. Luke Skywalker

- Boring Insult: He questions what Luke is fighting for in the battle aside from making him bored.
- Broken Pedestal: Luke claims that he doesn't need the Force to make George Washington turn in his grave, because it's already happening due to Alex's actions.
- Composite Character: His portrayal here is mainly based off his portrayal in Hamilton, to the point where many of Hamilton's lyrics are about Lin-Manuel Miranda rather than himself, but there are also a few references to details about the real Hamilton's life that didn't make it into the play, such as his involvement in slave trading before he became an abolitionist.
- Dark and Troubled Past: Luke brings up the hurricane that Alexander's hometown was destroyed by.
- Fan Hater: He does not think highly of the Star Wars fandom, as he explains to Luke in his second verse:"Your legacy became some losers living with their mamas
Spewing racist drama, giving child actors trauma!" - Imperial Stormtrooper Marksmanship Academy: Luke compares Alexander's aim to stormtroopers, saying it's the reason he died in his duel with Aaron Burr.
- Kick the Dog: Takes a dig at the deaths of Luke's aunt and uncle.
- Outliving One's Offspring: Luke mocks him for letting his son die in a duel.
- Social Climber: Luke calls him out for only being motivated to be famous.
- Waxing Lyrical: He starts the battle by questioning how Luke went from a heroic figure to a sellout in a similar way to the opening lines of "Alexander Hamilton" from the musical.
Luke Skywalker

- Clothing Damage: While he boasts about ranking in courts, Alexander makes fun of Luke's tattered robes.
- Creator Backlash: Hamilton references George Lucas' infamous hatred of the The Star Wars Holiday Special.
- Sell-Out: Alexander calls him "the biggest sellout in a billion-dollar franchise."
- Whip of Dominance: Threatens to leave Hamilton whipped like every slave he was responsible for shipping back home.
