Nillious
voiced by Cory Doran
The main partner Bakugan of Magnus. Vicious and untamable, Magnus struggles to keep him in line.
- The Ace: Nillious seems to be more powerful than the average Bakugan, as he is able to hold his own against multiple Bakugan at once.
- Always Chaotic Evil: Even Magnus has difficulty keeping him in line, and in the Beyond the Brawl shorts, he is constantly doing evil deeds simply for the fun of it.

- Teleport Spam: His "Pact of Darkness" move.
- The Rival: To Drago, reflecting their partner's rivalry.
- The Voiceless: Although he is capable of speech in the Beyond the Brawl shorts, in the main series Nillious is unable to speak to Magnus due to his inability to brawl without a device. Subverted in the latter half of Geogan Rising when Magnus is drenched in the water from the Fountain of Youth, allowing his human partner to hear him. They become more effective in battle due to their new ability to communicate with each other.
