Due to the amount of characters, the page is still a work in progress. Pine Valley, like most soap opera towns, was home to many colorful characters over its 41-year history. Below are some of its most notable residents.

The Kane Family

The show's eventual Central Family.
     Erica Kane
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/erica_kane_619.png
Portrayed by: Susan Lucci
All My Children's central character. Pine Valley's reigning prima donna, the former bad girl gone good (kind of).
  • Abusive Parents:
    • Her father, Eric, was a director and he offered Erica up to Richard Fields for sex when she was 14 in exchange for Fields acting in one of his movies. Yikes.
    • Averted with her mother Mona, who is loving and doting to Erica well into her adulthood.
  • The Alcoholic: Her intervention stands as a hallmark since she did the same for her brother Mark.
  • Alpha Bitch: During the early days of the soap.
  • Anti-Hero: Of the nominal variety. Most, if not all, of her motives are pretty damn selfish, and she's committed so many crimes that, in real life, she should have been pile-driven into state prison for at least a century. It's only thanks to her Pet the Dog moments that she's not a full-fledged Villain Protagonist.
  • Artistic License – Biology: In 1973 Erica Kane had an abortion so her modeling career wouldn't be ruined. In 2005, her thought-to-be-aborted child, son Josh, showed up in Pine Valley, and it was revealed the doctor who performed the abortion kept the fetus alive to raise as his own son. But medical technology in 1973 would've made this near-impossible—medical technology today doesn't allow for that.
  • Badass Boast: Became a signature move of hers. She's always got a stabbing, bitchy quip to shut up the haters.
    "Who needs D.N.A when I'm a K.A.N.E."
"I don't want to be down anywhere with the rest of you. I want to be special, and I'm going to be!"
"Oh Brooke, what's the matter? Can't take it? I know it hurts being third-rate, but aren't you accustomed to it yet?"
[To Greenlee after throwing her in the toilet] "Oh good, now all I have to do is flush."
[To June, who walks in on an argument between herself and Kendall] "June, who needs Kendall when you've got me? And if you dare to mention what you just walked in on, you won't have me either!"
  • Breakout Character: The show's and eventually, the genre's most iconic character.
  • Brother–Sister Incest: Narrowly avoided. Erica was once engaged to Mark, who turns out to be her half-brother; her mother intervenes before they could go through with it, and tells them the truth.
  • Female Misogynist: Erica doesn't have many female friends in Pine Valley and views many other women as rivals for a love interest's affections — her only friendships are with Myrtle and Opal, probably the only women on campus she didn't view as competitors for a man's affection.
  • Give Him a Normal Life: When Erica is raped and ends up pregnant with her eldest daughter, Kendall, it is too late for an abortion, so Erica gives birth to her daughter. Erica and her mother Mona give Erica's baby to the Hart family to protect Kendall from learning she's a Child by Rape and so Kendall can be raised in a good environment with suitable parents old enough to look after her. Erica states she cared deeply for her baby, wanted her to have a full and happy life and never wanted her to learn about the rape or Richard Fields.
  • Hypocrite: Many of her relationships started out as/consisted of her being the "other woman" or cheating on her husband/boyfriend. But when Maria and husband Dimitri have a grief-stricken one-night-stand, she never forgives them or lets them forget it (especially bad as she had an affair with Dimitri while he was married). She later kidnaps Maria's baby to get back at her for this, but somehow conveniently forgets this when she repeatedly blasts Babe for doing the same thing to Bianca.
  • It's All About Me: Her signature character trait.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: She's selfish, arrogant, and a bit of a bitch, but there's no doubt that she loves her kids Bianca, Kendall, and Josh and deeply cares about her family and friends.
  • Lovable Alpha Bitch: What her character arc eventually led her to be at her worst moments.
  • Mama Bear: If there is anyone she loves as much as herself, it's her daughters. YOU DO NOT FUCK with Bianca or Kendall.
  • Not Helping Your Case: Bianca hides her pregnancy with Miranda from Erica because she is terrified of how she will react. When Kendall pretends to be pregnant herself with Michael's child to help her, Erica treats Kendall like scum and acts like being pregnant with the child of a monster like Michael Cambias is the most disgusting and immoral thing that anyone could do, thus perfectly justifying Bianca's decision.
  • Outliving One's Offspring: Her son Josh. When Josh returns armed after stealing from Zach and takes a hostage, Zach shoots Josh in the head but with orders that his body is kept alive and Josh loses consciousness in Erica's arms. Meanwhile, a dying comatose Kendall is in immediate need of a heart transplant. A devastated Erica is forced to choose between her now-braindead son and dying daughter. Erica chooses to save Kendall's life but remains haunted over Josh.
  • Proud Beauty: Knows quite well her beauty is unrivaled in all of Pine Valley, and will quickly remind those who forget that fact.
  • Put on a Bus: Didn't return for the online revival.
  • So Beautiful, It's a Curse: See Abusive Parents.
    • On a meta level, Susan Lucci was almost passed over for the role of Erica by the casting directors for being seen as "too beautiful" to play the part.
  • Teen Pregnancy: She was 14 years old when her eldest daughter, Kendall, was conceived.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Another of her signature moves. One of her more famous examples, as well as one of the most shocking moments in the entire series, Erica gets high at a gala celebrating her and gives an epic one of these, pretty much giving a collective 'fuck you' to the entirety of Pine Valley while accepting her award. In all honesty, a lot of her criticisms were quite valid.
  • The Rival: Erica has a ton of rivals which comprise just about the entire female population of Pine Valley but notable ones include Tara, Brooke, Natalie, Mary, Greenlee, Liza, Maria...
  • Took a Level in Kindness: She never lost her selfish side or her superiority complex, but after the death of her mother Mona, her intentionally nasty and cruel nature she once had begun to fade away and she began to step up and mature into a fierce, but for the most part sympathetic and more times than not well-meaning if misguided, matriarch, who offered advice to both her friends and her enemies.

    Kendall Hart
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/kendall_hart_7314.png
Portrayed by: Sarah Michelle Gellar (1993-1995) and Alicia Minshew (2002-2011, 2013).
Erica's eldest child and in many respects, her mini-me.
  • Amicable Exes: With Ryan once their son Spike is born. Though with other people, Kendall and Ryan manage to maintain a close friendship and also care for each other's other kids while co-parenting Spike.
  • Antagonistic Offspring: Downplayed. There's a reason why she was termed "the most terrible daughter in daytime" during her early years on the show, and why it was so ironic that she shared many traits with her mother. Downplayed because Kendall never offed anyone and had no intentions of doing so (well, at least when it came to Erica and other family).
  • Big Sister Instinct: She is extremely protective of Bianca and even tried buying a venomous mamba to kill Michael after he raped her.
  • Brother–Sister Incest: Her mother has a history of narrowly avoiding this trope and history repeats itself twice over with Kendall, Erica's beloved eldest daughter:
    • First, Trey Kenyon comes to town, obsessed with Kendall, going so far as trying to destroy her relationships and isolate her from everyone until she became dependent on him and his advice, but it turns out he was out to use Kendall for his own interests and tried framing her for arson. They almost kiss multiple times, with Trey initiating it, creepy in and of itself but when it comes out that he's her half-brother, and he knew the entire time, it takes on a whole new level of disturbing.
    • Later in the series, Kendall becomes increasingly close to Josh Madden, the son of Kendall's OB-GYN. Turns out Josh is Kendall's younger half maternal brother from a pregnancy Erica had aborted (which led to the infamous un-aborted embryo storyline). The dad who raised Josh? The doctor who had terminated Erica's pregnancy — and then implanted Erica's embryo into his wife.
  • The Cameo: Made one appearance in the online revival.
  • Characterization Marches On: When Kendall returned in 2002, her characterization was a near copy of Sarah Michelle Gellar's Kendall. Within a year or so, Minshew had found her own niche in playing the role.
  • Child by Rape: Richard Fields raped Erica, Kendall happened.
  • Comatose Canary: When a pregnant Kendall is in coma #1, Erica and Kendall's husband Zach go to court to fight over whose life will be prioritized (Erica is fighting for Kendall's life and Zach for the baby's life per Kendall's wish to Zach that she wants her son more than her own life). When Babe visits Kendall in the hospital and asks Kendall if she'd choose to save her son, comatose Kendall squeezes Babe's finger. Babe takes this as proof of Kendall's wishes.
  • Faux Yay: Briefly pretends to be in a romantic relationship with Greenlee to screw with Erica. When Erica worries Kendall is in love with Greenlee, she decides Greenlee is unacceptable as any sort of life partner for Kendall and sends Josh (pre-Long-Lost Relative reveal) to seduce Kendall to find out for sure. Kendall gets Josh to spill what's going on and she has some fun.
Erica: I happen to know that this is a lifestyle, not a choice. Bianca knew from a very, very early age. But never, never did Kendall show any interest in this ever.
Greenlee: Whoa. This train is way off the tracks. What are you talking about, Erica?
Kendall: It's all right. Mother knows.
Greenlee: This is one of the strangest —
Kendall: It doesn't matter what she says or does. We know how right we are.
[Kendall grabs Greenlee and kisses her on the lips.]
Kendall: Don't speak, don't speak. She thinks we're lovers.
  • Good Scars, Evil Scars: Has a noticeable scar on her chest from surgery.
  • Happily Adopted: Subverted. Though she was adopted by otherwise good and loving people, Kendall's adoptive parents kept her adoption secret but Kendall inadvertently learns about it one night as a young child while overhearing her parents talking about it. Kendall feels displaced and like she doesn't belong in her adoptive family, wanting to find her birth mother, yearning for her approval and a place she feels she belongs. Though Erica tries but is ultimately unable to meet Kendall's expectations of a fantasy mother due to her own traumas, Kendall begins to resent Erica and lashes out. Eventually, though, mother and daughter are able to come together and form a lasting, strong bond.
  • Improbably Quick Coma Recovery: Kendall's been in two comas that have both lasted months. In typical soap fashion, Kendall's up and back home within a week following each coma as if she'd just taken a bit of a nap.
  • It's All About Me: Like mother, like daughter. Both Kendall and Erica have a talent for making things all about themselves.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Though Kendall never really drops her bitchy tendencies, she loves her family, especially her mother Erica, sister Bianca, and her kids; loves her friends; and has gone to great lengths to protect her mother and sister. Even during her early period as a devious brat on the show, Kendall displays her softer side sometimes.
  • Like Mother, Like Daughter: So much so that she was called 'Erica Junior' both In-Universe and by the fandom. Kendall's character was written to be like a younger version of Erica, while Gellar and Minshew's separate likenesses to Susan Lucci were a reason why they were cast as Kendall.
  • Long-Lost Relative: As Erica Kane’s long-lost daughter. Despite the show’s efforts to keep this element a secret at first — until the big reveal — viewers guessed who this girl’s mother was almost immediately after the character’s debut, thanks to some rather large anvils being dropped by the writers to this effect. About a month after her debut on the show, Kendall’s identity as Erica’s long-lost daughter was confirmed in-universe by the characters, including Kendall herself.
  • Lovable Alpha Bitch: After her early years in the series, Kendall was written as a heroine but still has kept some of her bitch side intact.
  • My Beloved Smother: Like Bianca, Kendall complains about how often Erica meddles in her personal life, especially her love life. She's not a fan of Erica's vocal disapproval over her friendship with Greenlee either.
  • Puppy-Dog Eyes: Kendall could turn these on to get her way whenever it suited her and it even worked for a little while with Erica, Dimitri, Anton, Del, the judge, etc. until each cottoned on to her 'poor little waif' act. At one point, Brooke calls her 'that doe-eyed little mutant'. In the 00s, Kendall was still using her puppy dog eyes on Erica — and this time, on Bianca too.
[Kendall begs Bianca to get a puppy for Miranda]
    Kendall: Please, Bianca?
Bianca: You're going to teach [Miranda] how to do that, too, aren't you?
    Kendall: What?
Bianca: Make puppy-dog eyes at me so that I can't possibly say no!
    Kendall: Yes!

[Kendall begs Erica to get with Adam to find out if he's sabotaging her company Fusion]
Erica: Kendall, you astound me. That you would wish Adam Chandler on me in any way.
Kendall: Well, it's not the worst thing possible.
Erica: The worst thing possible? The man is vile. He's repulsive. He's vindictive.
Kendall: Mommy, I know, I know. Can you please seduce him?
  • Strong Family Resemblance: Kendall looks a lot like her mother Erica. Both Gellar and Minshew were cast in part for their resemblance to Lucci. Ironically, Gellar and Minshew don't look much like each other.
    • Gellar's Kendall and Gina Gallagher's Bianca also looked super alike, helping out the visuals of the Dysfunctional Family that is Erica, Bianca, and Kendall during this time.
  • Vitriolic Best Buds: Greenlee. Sure, they were rivals in the beginning and have their moments of on-again, off-again friendship, but they are best buds.

    Bianca Montgomery
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bianca_montgomery_main_main.jpg
Portrayed by: Jessica Leigh Falborn (1988-90), Caroline Wilde (1990-91), Lacey Chabert (1992-93), Gina Gallagher (1993-97), Nathalie Paulding (1997-98), Eden Riegel (2000-2005, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2013), Christina Bennett Lind (2010-11)

Erica's beloved youngest daughter and the show's Ensemble Dark Horse.

  • Affectionate Nickname: Sometimes goes by Binks, a once mocking later loving term of endearment coined by her sister Kendall when Bianca was a kid.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: She still has the Kane blood and anyone who forgets this is reminded in proper fashion.
  • Brother–Sister Team: Well, sister-sister team. Bianca and Kendall team up to keep Bianca's pregnancy a secret from as many people as they can, especially from their mother, and fake a pregnancy for Kendall instead to strengthen Kendall's defense for her murder trial. They keep at it until Greenlee blows everything to hell.
Erica: Most sisters share clothes. You two...
  • Child by Rape: Her daughter Miranda.
  • Coming-Out Story: Became the center of one of daytime soap opera's most famous examples.
  • Commuting on a Bus: In the online revival.
  • The Dog Bites Back: When Michael Cambias was acquitted of raping Bianca, she stole her uncle's revolver and put two slugs in his chest.
  • The Heart: The one person that everybody, hero, and villain, protected with their lives.
  • Good Girls Avoid Abortion: Despite having conceived during a rape, she chooses to keep the baby.
  • Lipstick Lesbian: She's a very girly and feminine individual, who also likes girls.
  • My Beloved Smother: She often bemoans the fact how often Erica gets overly involved in her personal life.
  • Nice Girl: She is a very sweet and compassionate individual... but don't test her.
  • Odd Friendship: She — a sweet and kind Nice Girl — and Leo — a charming con man with a dark past — became the best of friends, to the point that she trusted Leo enough to be the first person she confided in as a lesbian.
  • Puppy-Dog Eyes: Has been known to use them on Kendall, who caves.
  • Rape and Revenge: After her rape at Michael Cambias' hands, she personally confronts him when he's acquitted for doing so, armed with a gun, and when he tries to rape her again, she shoots him dead. When the truth comes out, the judge lets Bianca go, leaning hard on the prosecution not to file any charges against her.
  • Rape as Drama:
    • Was the victim of one of the most sadistic bastards in soap history, Michael Cambias.
    • As a child, she was almost molested by Richard Fields before her sister Kendall intervened and saved her.
  • Raven Hair, Ivory Skin: Eden Riegel's Bianca has very dark hair to go with her porcelain skin.
Bianca [at Zach's murder mystery game]: Wow. Well, I'm [playing] a duchess. "Ivory-skinned and sad-eyed, you spend most of your time alone dreaming of lost love."
  • Spoiled Brat: Bianca could be snobby, bratty, and obnoxious as a child, especially to Kendall and Kendall's bridesmaid's dress.
  • Weight Woe: A younger Bianca struggled with anorexia for a while.

    Josh Madden
Portrayed by: Scott Kinworthy (2005), Colin Egglesfield (2005–2009)
Erica's only son, and the center of one of the show's most controversial reveals, the unaborted embryo.

     Miranda Montgomery
Portrayed by: Hayley Evans (2006–2009), Mackenzie Aladjem (2010–11), Denyse Tontz (2013)
Bianca's eldest daughter.

     Gabrielle Montgomery
Portrayed by: Alivia, Anthony, Olivia and Brynne (2008–09), Aerowyne Jones (2010), Ellah Miller (2010–11)
Bianca's daughter, born through in-vitro after being donated sperm by her friend and brother-in-law Zach Slater.
  • Meaningful Name: With Kendall in a coma and barely clinging to life, after being horribly injured saving her pregnant sister's life during the tornado, Bianca names her daughter after God's chosen messenger, Gabriel, in hopes of Him delivering a miracle for Kendall.

     Spike Lavery
Portrayed by: Jake Vaughan
Kendall's son with Ryan, born premature and later suffered an injury causing him to go deaf.

     Ian Slater
Portrayed by: Britton Reeder
Kendall's son with Zach.

    Mona Kane
Portrayed by: Frances Heflin
The saintly matriarch of the Kane clan, Erica's long-suffering yet patient mother, died of lung cancer in 1994.
  • Mama Bear: Denied a dying Richard Fields, her daughter's rapist, his cardiac medicine.

    Eric Kane
Portrayed by: Albert Stratton
Erica's father, Mona's ex-husband, and a formerly powerful movie director.
  • Abusive Parent: Yeah, he sells his 14-year-old daughter's virginity to Richard Fields in return for Fields starring in his movie.
  • Hate Sink: It's made perfectly clear the man was nothing but scum: he had multiple affairs while married to Mona; he abandoned his children Mark and Silver from previous relationships; and he abandoned his nine-year old daughter before selling her virginity when she was a teenager to a child predator, actor Richard Fields, so he [Eric] could become a top-tier Hollywood director.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: For all the shit he put Erica through, he gets his comeuppance — life beats him down from the glamorous Hollywood Wannabe Big Shot into a drunk and disheveled clown performing in a two-bit circus.

    Mark Dalton
Portrayed by: Mark LaMura
Erica's half-brother, a skilled and talented musician.
  • Big Brother Instinct: He drops everything and travels half-way across the world to take part in his sister's intervention.
  • Brother–Sister Incest: Both he and Erica were attracted to one another — before Mona stops it, revealing to them that they're half-brother and half-sister.
  • Descent into Addiction: Watching the generally good-natured, friendly, charming and intelligent Mark fall prey to substance abuse became one of the most groundbreaking stories in the soap's history.

     Silver Kane
Portrayed by: Rosalind Allen (1987), Claire Beckman (1988)
Erica's devious and envious half-sister.
  • Bastard Bastard: A downright sociopathic bitch, born from one of Eric's many affairs.
  • Green-Eyed Monster: Towards Erica. She spent a majority of her time trying to humiliate and discredit her sister.
  • Karmic Death: She was killed in self-defense by Natalie. Given all her cruel and evil crimes to the town, very few people mourned her death.

The Martin Family

     Joe Martin
Portrayed by: Ray MacDonell
  • Big Good: Head of the show's initial central family, chief doctor and an overall reigning force of good in Pine Valley.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Delivers an EPIC one to David. Praising his skills and calling him the most talented doctor he has ever worked with, but also a reprehensible excuse for a human being, and lamenting his squandered talent.

     Ruth Martin
Portrayed by: Mary Fickett (1970–1995, 1998-2000), Lee Meriwether (1996–1998, 2002-2011)

     Tad Martin
Portrayed by: Matthew Anton (1973-77), John E. Dunn (1978-81), Michael Knight (1982-2011), Terrell Anthony (1990)
Pine Valley's former resident Lothario, known in his early days as Tad The Cad, later tamed by Dixie Cooney in the show's most glorious love story.
  • Happily Adopted: To protect him from his biological father, Opal had Tad adopted by the Martin family. In a turn for the better, he still has a loving relationship with Opal as well, often referring to her as Mom just as much as he does Ruth. Given that Opal had been good friends with the Martins, which is specifically the reason why she asked them to adopt Tad, Joe and Ruth have no problem with him continuing this relationship.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Always had a strong moral center, even when he was an unapologetic man whore.
  • Ladykiller in Love: After meeting Dixie, his "Tad the Cad" days were over
  • Lovable Rogue: Definitely in his younger days. He mellowed considerably later.
  • Put on a Bus: Didn't return for the online revival.
    • Tad "died" in 1990 battling Billy Clyde Tuggle, but while the citizens of Pine Valley thought him dead, the viewers knew he survived (albeit with amnesia) and left town.
  • Really Gets Around: Sleeps with Liza Colby and later her mother Marion.

    Tara Martin
Portrayed by: Karen Lynn Gorney (1970–1995), Stephanie Braxton (1974–1976), Nancy Frangione (1977–1985), Mary Lynn Blanks (1979–1980)
Joe's daughter with his first wife Helen.
  • Demoted to Extra: She was originally meant to be the Soap's heroine, yet after the massive popularity of Erica, found herself slowly inching out of the limelight after the 70s, making splattered sporadic appearances, before finally leaving the show in 1995.
  • The Rival: To Erica in the early days of the soap.

     Jake Martin
Portrayed by: Michael Scaleri (1983–88), Michael Brainard (1988-1991, 1994-1995), Michael Lowry (1996-2000), J. Eddie Peck (2000-2003), Ricky Paull Goldin (2008-2011)

  • Cerebus Retcon: Was originally the good twin.

     Stuart Chandler
Portrayed by: David Canary
Adam's Identical twin, and his complete and polar opposite.
  • Big Good: One of the most beloved and reasonable figures in Pine Valley.

The Cortlandt Family

    Palmer Cortlandt
Portrayed by: James Mitchell (1979-2010)

  • Honorary Uncle: To Erica's daughters Kendall and Bianca. Because Erica was much closer to him than even her own father, Bianca would often refer to Palmer as Uncle Palmer and while Kendall didn't use the term "uncle", she too became very close with Palmer, and Palmer adored them just as much in return.
  • The Rival: With Adam Chandler

    Opal Gardner-Cortlandt
Portrayed by: Dorothy Lyman (1981–1984), Jill Larson (1989–2011, 2013)
Palmer's on again, off again wife, Tad's biological mother, Erica's Best Gal-Pal, and the town's lovable Cloud Cuckooland.
  • Cloud Cuckoolander: Highly Eccentric and prone to wacky hijinks.
  • Nice Girl: Eccentricities aside, there isn't a mean bone in her body.

     Nina Cortland
Portrayed by: Taylor Miller (1979–1984, 1986-1988, 1989, 1995, 2010), Heather Stanford (1984–1985), Barbara Kearns (1985–1986)
Palmer's daughter, married to Cliff Warner in the show's most agonizing yet intriguing romance.

     Dixie Cooney
Portrayed by: Kari Gibson (1988), Cady McClain(1988–96, 1998–2002, 2005–08, 2010–11, 2013)
Palmer's beloved niece and the beauty who tamed Tad "the Cad" Martin.

The Montgomery Family

     Travis Montgomery
Portrayed by: Larkin Malloy (1987-91, 1995-97, 2001), Daniel Hugh Kelly (1993-94)
One of Erica's many husbands, but unlike the others, has the distinction of fathering her beloved daughter Bianca.

     Jackson Montgomery
Portrayed by: Walt Willey
Father to Lily, Greenlee, and Reggie; brother to Travis. The town's go-to heroic attorney.
  • Big Good: One of the many people to turn to in Pine Valley when in need of a hero to vouch for them.
  • Cool Uncle: Towards Bianca. He was quick to accept Bianca as a lesbian, even when Erica was struggling, and after Travis's death, he would often go Papa Wolf for Bianca in his brother's stead. In turn, Bianca absolutely adored Jackson.
  • Good Step Father: Towards Kendall. While the two initially had a contentions relationship when she first arrived (then again, nearly everyone in Pine Valley had an adversarial relationship with Kendall at that time), Jackson embraced Kendall as part of his family after Kendall returns to town. Given she had become the Cool Big Sis to his niece Bianca and best friends with his daughter Greenlee, it was not hard to see why. Even after divorcing her mother Erica, Kendall always remained vocal that Jack was a good man, and always strove to remind Erica of this fact as well.
  • One True Love: The show makes it's clear that he is among the greatest loves of Erica's life. Given she'd been married eleven times, that really is saying something.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: Believe it or not, he was initially a villain meant to intrude on Travis and Erica's relationship. Over time, however, it became very clear that Jackson was unequivocally one of the show's heroes and overall, one of the nicest guys in all of Pine Valley.

    Greenlee Smythe
Portrayed by: Rebecca Budig (1999–2005, 2007-2011), Sabine Singh (2007)
Greenlee is a wealthy debutante from one of Pine Valley's most prominent families and is later revealed to be the daughter of Jackson Montgomery.
  • Good Bad Girl
  • The Rival:
    • To Kendall over just about anything... work, clothes, bags, friends, family events, Ryan.
Erica [to Greenlee]: You stay far away from my daughter. Do not have a conversation with her about anything ever, and I will advise her to do the same thing. You two are like matter and anti-matter, and every time you meet it's like mass destruction, so don't do it anymore!
    • To Erica. Erica and Greenlee are too much alike, they fight over just about everything, they've clashed over Enchantment, warred over competing cosmetic companies, and tore each other apart at Fusion. They can barely pretend to be civil and when they have to hug, it looks like they've been asked to roll down a hill with a pin cushion soaked in acid. Worse? They can never shake each other because Greenlee is the best friend of Erica's daughter and Erica is frequently married to Greenlee's father.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: Particularly after the death of Leo, tries hard to be a better woman to honor her late husband.
  • Vitriolic Best Buds: With Kendall. They can go from enemies to the best of friends in a heartbeat, will snark and bicker at each other endlessly, have been involved in a Love Triangle over the same guy, but retain a deep bond of affection underneath it all.
