This whole addition reeks of someone who was looking to bitch about the NorthAm cover art and skimmed through trope titles long enough just to find one that he thought would give him the excuse.

Putting aside the obvious attempts by DracMonster to make the cover art seem like an abomination, this is an ugly case of Square Peg Round Trope. Contemptible Cover does not mean "Cover Art You Don't Like." It's for covers that feature sexual or gory imagery that's intentionally designed to mislead prospective buyers as to the nature of the product's content.

Covers Always Lie might work, because that really does look nothing like Rolf.
