I don't see why not; there are definitely way too many shout-outs to list them all on the game page. I don't have the time to make the page myself, but I can definitely add to it once it's made, considering that like a third of the item descriptions are references to something or other...
Just make sure when you (or anyone else) make it that it gets indexed on ShoutOut.VideoGames. You can also use the Referenced by... page to add examples of shout-outs to the work being referenced (so for example, the Fire Flower name/description would go under ReferencedBy.SuperMarioBros).
Make also sure that all examples are actually intentional Shout Outs rather than apophenia.

So I commented out Shout-Out a while ago for being a Zero Context Example. Do we want a separate shout-out subpage? Gut feeling is that there's too many to list as examples. The site is Reference Overdosed.
