In regards to the "Fuwawa isn't real" meme, I was under the impression that started with Advent gaslighting them in the Minecraft collab about Fuwawa being dead, as the following day they went and talked about it in their Misunderstanding corner, and only after that chat joined in on the joke to troll Fuwamoco.

Ah cool. While I'm not positive that chat never made any "Mococo voices both Fuawamoco" jokes prior to it, I'm reasonably sure that the "Fuwawa is dead/not real" thing was started by Advent, due to Mococo being the only one having a Minecraft avatar so it looked like she was talking to herself.

There's recently been a meme circulating regarding "Calliope Mori horse audio." I think it's been big enough to warrant an entry, but due to both the NSFW nature of it and the source (AI deepfake audio) being questionably ethical, I wanted to run it by the community instead of just posting it.

Should we consider implementing No Recent Examples, Please! for the meme page? To quote the third paragraph:

Attempting to catalog every flash-in-pan Audience Reaction often results in pages that are cluttered and/or overly complain-y.
It's only been a day since ID 3's reveal, but having entries before seeing whether those memes last longer than a day or even waiting for their actual debut and personality seems to be missing the point of the page. The way I see it, if a meme can't survive the hypothetical waiting period, then it shouldn't be added.

This is more of a general Memetic Mutation problem and there's a designated thread for it
. Meme pages in most work pages are like tumor, people add most upvoted episode comments and not the correct use "fandom jokes that are transformative and/or become known outside of the fandom".
Since memes aren't actually NREP, there's nothing really enforcing it. This is beyond Hololive's page, so adding a waiting period would require a rule change for the trope. Actually, I'll bring it up here.
Long story short: If a meme counts as a meme even for a short while, it's still a valid example.
Still, you have to be on the lookout. We don't want the page to degenerate into a cesspool like Memes.RWBY.

"Haachama: The strongest idol" isn't a Fan Nickname per se, it's a title she came up by herself (possibly with the help of chat) since at least early April 2020 (i.e. when HAACHAMA the character came to be). This is the first tweet where she uses the term "最強アイドル".
Though I guess you can write specifically about the fan's usage of "Strongest Idol", and you're welcome to expand on The Magnificent entry on hololive - Haato Ch..

True, but I don't see why a meme can't have both a Memes entry and a Ascended Meme entry. They don't cover the exact same thing anyway (Memes focuses on the definition & origin, while Ascended Meme focuses on the process of the ascension)

With the addition of the ARMIS boys, the meme page itself is now in need of a hard split. Should we separate by JP/ID/EN/Holostars? Or perhaps make meme pages for each generation to have for themselves? The latter would require more work, but a page for the JP girls itself would probably run into problems again eventually when more generations come out.
