I think this got prematurely launched... the description is awful, and while there are plenty of examples, they really need... some order.
Plus I checked the YKTTW and it had zero hats, for good reason.

Same here. Somebody needs to rework this, otherwise it'll get deleted.
The Artifact. Is currently Lazy Hazy.
I'm wondering if it would be possible to rename it to the singular form In-Character Commentary without going through TRS.
