Eh, personally I prefer to have example lists organized by work name.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanHow is this distinct from Lady Killer In Love? The description says compare the two... but I really fail to see the distinction.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them. Hide / Show RepliesThere can be some overlap, but characters that fit this trope tend to be male characters somewhat dislike women, and their aversion to matrimony is connected to that- they don't tend to be womanizers.
Also, a Lady Killer In Love might not end up married.
I do agree the two tropes are similar, but I think they are sufficiently different.
Edit- I see the description of this trope comments that this character "dates with abandon"- that does make the two tropes sound very similar (and/but isn't really true of the examples of this trope)

Would it be appropriate to put a supercategory for David Eddings, and put the Silk example below it? He's a big fan of this one, with Belgarath being another example from The Belgariad, and Sparhawk, Stragen, and Kalten from The Elenium. Mandorallen is an unusual case, refusing marriage because the woman he loved was married to another man, deconfirmed when the other man dies and Belgarion tells them to get over themselves and get married already. ISTR there's a couple others, but I'd have to think about it.
