I made an edit to remove and reword some information on this page, but I thought it only fair to explain my reasoning, just in case there's anything I got wrong.
Adaptation Personality Change: Due to her relationship with the male protagonist being rewritten to be more platonic in nature in the movies, much of her Clingy Jealous Girl behavior has been omitted.
Much of her Ship Tease-laden scenes with the male protagonist (such as the Love Hotel and the beach) were rewritten in the movies to be more of a passing attraction that she never shows towards him again after Aigis is introduced.
Demoted to Extra: In addition to her being his Implied Love Interest, Yukari is the closest thing to an Exposition Fairy to the Protagonist much like Yosuke and Morgana to theirs. In the movie, however, she has a far less prominent role since Makoto is capable of talking on his own and she doesn't show any attraction towards him. Even her non-Social Link interactions with him have been reduced or replaced by Aigis.
I have no idea what this is referring to. I can't think of any scenes of Yukari being a Clingy Jealous Girl in the game's main story that were removed in the movie, nor of any way the main story moments were particularly downplayed.
25:15 - 27:49 is the movie's take on the Beach scene. It's basically the exact same as what happens in the game if you choose not to hug Yukari, sans having Aigis show up right afterwards, whereas in the game she shows up the next day.
Yukari still gets jealous of Aigis being in Makoto's room (33:13 of the movie). She still gets upset when Aigis says Makoto is important to her in the classroom (1:00:17).
I can't think of a single scene that was removed.
The movie also has the scene where the protagonist and Yukari are paired in the love hotel, which is again, basically the same as the game but more sped up and without the dialogue from the Shadow. (0:00-2:07 of the movie, see clip below from the game)
The Lost Lenore: The Protagonist is this for her. Yukari's desire to save his life in The Answer stems from him playing a big part in changing hers for the better. Future entries in the series show she's still not over his death.
While the bit about The Answer is true, the bit about "future entries in the series" is odd. There's only ONE post-Answer bit of P3 content that Yukari appears in at all, and it's P 4 A Ultimax. I am not aware of any moment in that game that Yukari references the protagonist. The closest to one is her recognizing Thanatos, but that's about it.
Developers' Desired Date: Not only does Yukari receive multiple Ship Tease moments with the Male Protagonist outside of her Social Link, but she will also be the first potential date to contact him about attending the summer festival or spending Christmas Eve together - the former being particularly notable, as it is impossible to have progressed her Social Link to the point of the relationship becoming romantic by that pointnote Yukari's social link unlocks on the last day of school before summer vacation, and cannot be progressed during the school holidays.
This one is quite a stretch imo and it's also contradicted by Soejima's comment in the Persona 3 Artbook (Pg 40).
"As far as popularity among the staff goes, Aigis and Mitsuru were pretty much equals."
As to what he has to say about Yukari, well.
"When I was designing Yukari, I was under the assumption that she was the main heroine...apparently, I was wrong (laughs)" (Pg 17)
