I'd say you can certainly readd Promoted to Love Interest to Elizabeth, if only because FES brings her from "Not Romancable" to "Romancable." She's not an Implied Love Interest, but she does get promoted to Romance Sidequest so that certainly counts.
... and removing Ship Tease is actual insanity.

Removed from main page, as there is a cleanup effort on GIFT underway and I am not sure what to do with this entry:
