Seems good to me but it would be better with folders.
I believe character subpages should always start with the work title, so for example Characters.Species Debuted In Pikmin 1 should be at Characters.Pikmin 1 Species or something similar.

The problem with that is the species in that encompasses a lot more than just Pikmin 1 enemies. It might make it a bit confusing for finding tropes on a specific enemy.
Before splitting up, the page was largely organized by the species family names in-game. If we're going to have it as Pikmin 1 species or something similar, we might want to hard list it by the games the actual enemies themselves first appeared in instead of when the first of their species appeared in.
However, that's a bit more beyond the amount of work I'd be able to put in sorting that all out.
Your title is also just as broad, though.

Maybe Pikmin Enemy Families Debuting In 1? That's a bit of a mouthful.
Characters.Pikmin 1 Species sounded fine enough to me.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
The character page for Pikmin was getting pretty laggy to edit, so I split it up into several pages like some other character pages I've seen. Never done this before, so I'd like someone to make sure I didn't mess anything up porting the pages over.
