Weird Crossover could fit this trope, possibly, or Swapped Roles if you're looking for a similar trope.
In Another Man's Shoes may also fit too.
When related hosted shows flip hosts. Not quite Guest Host because neither host is unavailable, they just decided to do each other's shows as a one-off for fun/viewership, with the actual host only popping in as a guest for a few minutes. What triggered this thought Bon Appetit doing its multi-show switcheroo this week (most prominently having Brad Leone and Chris Morocco do Gourmet Makes and Claire Saffitz do It's Alive! with Brad), but I vaguely remember flips like this in late night comedy happening every now and then (maybe Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert did it like ten years ago? Man, I'm getting old).
