Egocentric Team Naming. Very, very common when you have a Face Of The Band.

A non-band example would be the myth commonly known as Jason and the Argonauts- Jason being The Leader, and the Argonauts his Badass Crew. Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves would not be, because Ali Baba is not associated with the Forty Thieves in-story, he is the guy that found their loot and they are now trying to kill.
