Yeah, I took a quick glance through their history, and they've been doing ZC Es for as far back as I looked (mid '18). Thankfully, a lot of their old edits were expanded and given context by other tropers.
Have they continued making ZCE edits after sending the PM?

Funnily enough, an unrelated dig into the depths of ATT gave me this
unresolved thread from 2018, so they definitely have at least two ZCE notifiers over the course of a year and haven't gotten it yet.
