I don't think so, it's the exact same as adding a normal ZCE, but with the acknowledgement that it is a ZCE, in which case, why even bother?

I've already seen other tropers doing that, I don't see the point either
I don't have a problem with it as long as they remember to go back later and add context.
^The problem is I've seen them do this multiple times in the past, and they usually let other tropers add context to their edits.
Ask them to use their to-do list.
They can note down ZCEs in their to-do list. Then they can go back later and add context and then put the context examples on the page.
But that's silly. People are expected to add context when they post examples- not afterward. It's pure laziness, nothing more, and we shouldn't be okay with it.

The to-do list is for edits you mean to make when you are less lazy than when you wrote the note.
I know that, but it sounded like you were saying we should tell this troper to remind themselves on their to-do list to add context to their posted examples, when they shouldn't even be leaving these examples in the first place even if the plan is to fix it later.

Adding ZCE is adding ZCE, commented out or not.
Commenting ZCE out is a tool for marking bad examples that need to be fix, not excuse to add more.
I'm saying we shouldn't delete the ones hubakon already added.

OK, what was the end result last time? You mentioned before that you sent them a PM about this topic; did they ever reach back to you?
I sent them one, they never responded but they stopped for a while, so I figured they understood.
Given that they are continuing on, and have been sent multiple messages in an effort to curtail the practice, hubakon has been suspended to discuss.
