As someone who worked on that page before, for me, it was "realized there was a separate page, but never put the work in". I linked Ishinomori's version, but didn't migrate tropes. But at the time, that was the only one with a separate page. I'm surprised that whoever split off some more pages for separate entries didn't seem to realize there was one for LTTP as well.
If anyone decides to do cleanup, notice that there's also a folder for tropes shared between all versions of Link to the Past that should be taken into account.
