Great Escape is the one you want. This is really a perfect example of Tropes Are Flexible; even reskinning the oppressive guards as Evil and/or Sadist Teachers and the Warden as a cruel headmaster, the fundamental concept is the same.
Is there a trope dedicated specifically to kids escaping boarding/reform schools? There's the 'Great Escape', but that is more focused on prison escapes.
