To be honest, that reads more like a Just for Fun page. I'm not saying I'm against a Useful Notes page; I'm just saying that wouldn't be it.

The page as is is totally a joke. So not Useful Notes.

The page has been in the Tropers namespace since before the last history purge. It's a bit, idk the right word exactly, overzealous to move it, don't you think?

Well, I brought this up, 'cause I felt that Synthetic Voice Actor's wick to Main.Anonymous, should go to Useful Notes, but I suppose "Tropers" is an adequate namespace, as the concept of the group is clear, either way?

A Useful Notes article on Anonymous would seem appropriate. While I don't see the need to remove the Tropers page for them, wicks should go to the UN page. There's a joke and then there's deliberately giving inaccurate and useless information.

I agree that it would be a good idea to have a UN page, but I disagree with moving the Tropers page to UN and with cutting the Tropers page.

So, what should the Useful Notes page look like?

That should probably be asked on the Trope Launch Pad. However, given that we aren't trying to duplicate Wikipedia I must ask: Is there a reason to have an Useful Notes page? Are they constantly mentioned in works?

Nowadays, there are at least a few mentions of "Anonymous" in fiction. Not that writers always know what "Anonymous" is exactly. It's part of Internet culture and writers who want to incorporate the Internet into their stories may also want to incorporate Anonymous in some way.

To give one example, I remember a subplot in a few episodes of The Good Wife where the case involved "the inventor(s) of Bitcoin" and the law firm had someone leaking information through Anonymous.
