- Man gawks at some in-universe fanservice, and his significant other gets mad at him.
- There's in-universe fanservice. Someone in the crowd realizes it's their significant other that everyone is gawking at, and gets mad.
Bumping to restart the search. Meta Four, I suspect it's the former, but I can only guess as I'm not the OP. If neither the former nor the latter get found, maybe the ideas can be made into two separate drafts in TLP.

For instance, in Blacksad, the main character walks past several people in a hallway with three couples, every girl turning to look at him to their boyfriends' obvious displeasure. By the time he gets back, all three are in full-blown public argument mode.

Some kind of fanservice (lingerie ad, good-looking character, Wardrobe Malfunction, etc.) causes admiring looks in a crowd, with one admirer standing next to his/her angry-looking spouse.
