for unlock requests in the future and mind The Fic May Be Yours, but the Trope Page Is Ours - don't expect special favors regarding the page because you're the developer.
The page is not locked. Someone was probably editing it and it locks out from others so that their edits don’t overlap.

For future reference, all pages that are locked due to some past issue are found on Locked Pages. As explained on that page and here, pages are locked for some time when another person starts editing, so I'm not sure where the 'drama' thing comes from.
And on that note, locking this as resolved.
The page for Red Flood appears to be locked because of a past "drama". As one of the developers of the mod I would like to inform that the "drama" is over and the page should be opened to edit for everyone.
